I really like that they have a drive-thru (Chipotlane), and it’s usually fast and convenient. I’ve had plenty of good experiences here overall. That said, my most recent visit wasn’t great. Even though the line inside wasn’t very long, it took over 30 minutes to receive my order and finally sit down to eat. I was surprised by how long the wait was, especially considering there weren’t many people ahead of me. I’m not saying it’s always like that—it may have just been an off day. Based on my experience, though, I’d definitely recommend using the drive-thru if you have the option. They seem to prioritize those orders, and they usually move much faster than the line inside. Overall, it’s still a good location, but I hope they can improve the wait times for customers ordering inside.
