You will sit there for 20 minutes staring at the employees all ignoring you while your food sits there getting cold and a line wraps around the building. They almost always mess something up with every single order. If you get a side of queso they fill the container half full like it’s coming out of their paycheck. And it’s been like this ever since this location opened. How it is still in business I have no idea.

However now I have had several pick up orders in a row now where I have not received what I've ordered with little to no reasons as to why I wasn't able to get what I've ordered and paid for, it's not the most complicated orders either and very straightforward I'd say but once again I am disappointed with this location as they just can't seem to get it right I suppose. Chipotle is great don't get me wrong but this location represents them poorly.

There's only 2 sides that come with it, so why be stingy and only so much you can put in the sectioned off container anyway. The ice machine was out so they handed me a cup with ice from behind the counter. Women's bathroom was out of order. The young lady said :everyone has been using the men's bathroom". Nothing really good about this location. Bare minimum existence.

One girl making food for a lady and her child, two people at the window and one guy just looking lost moving around the register (literally). There was also a guy making the rice. Im unsure if they were understaffed or just working inefficiently. Worst thing is, they werent even busy. One person in the drive thru window ordeing, 3 people in line. Ni, they can't help that the woman in front of me was taking a long time ordering for herself and a 6 year old child but they could definitely help how fast people can get serviced. I've been here twice, I won't come to this one again. I left without food

We stopped in to use the restroom and grab dinner. The bathrooms were not clean and both men’s and women’s were out of toilet paper. The food line was a MESS. The glass covering the food was not clean. No veggies. No chips. The young lady working the line was very nice and asking very politely for refills on the veggies and chicken but the young man handling refilling the food seemed to be very inconvenienced by his job duties. Don’t want to work? Done come to work at act like you’re terribly bothered by people ordering food and co workers asking you to simply do your job.
