  It’s 430 pm, and no chicken. not the first time where had to wait on food to cook. Lunch and dinner times are the same time every day, but there’s no chicken when it’s either busy or about to get busy. Makes no sense. I was going to go to the greenbrier location, but said naw i let me try them out, and should have know better.

  My family consistently requests chipotle as it is the go to for a busy family, but with traffic and horrible parking its hard to even get inside. Then once you walk in, you are greeted with nasty condescending attitudes, and messy prep area where they take the orders. Every single time we have given this location the opportunity to do better and it isnt happening. Tonight, the chicken was burnt, some of the food didnt get the double meat like we requested and we were charged. This was a mobile order, and unfortunately I wasnt surprised with the bad quality food. It was poorly executed and the moment I took one bite of my food I ran to the bathroom. Im assuming they dont practice up to health code. Trying to get a refund is another fiasco. Whatever you do, dont come to this location if you want to get what you pay for, non burnt food and a pleasant atmosphere. 96 dollars and noone can finish their food. This is pitiful.

  You know things are bad when they can’t even cook rice correctly. Every single time I have gone here they are unable to cook the rice. It is hard, undercooked rice every single time. Absolutely mind blowing how the most simple, widely used, and easiest to cook ingredient is botched to such a degree that it literally feels like they just dropped the rice into my bowl straight out of the bag. How surreal and absurd this is at this point. I will be sparing myself further headache and just avoiding the chain all together, and I suggest everyone do the same.

  This is the worst chipotle, or burrito place in general, I have ever gone to. This will have been my 3rd and last time going. 1. Consistently out of toppings 2. The SMALLEST scoops of portions, half a spoon full of meat? Really? 3. The toppings they do have out, are often old and dried up. Order pinto beans, and the worker asked, “ do you really want these?” As she pointed to a trey of dried up nasty looking slop. I did not go for them. For how expensive chipotle has gotten, they could’ve at least kept their portions the same size. I am done with this location and chipotle in general.

  Tonight (4/13 at 8 PM) at Chipotle Mexican Grill was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We walked in at 7:35 with only five people ahead of us. By the time we got to the counter, there were seven people behind us—and only ONE person working the entire food line. Meanwhile, another employee sat in the dining area on break, finished eating, got on her phone, and casually said she still had five minutes left when asked to help… while customers were piling up. Once she finally came to help, she barely assisted before disappearing to the back again, leaving one overwhelmed employee to handle everything—serving food and ringing people up. When it was finally our turn to order, they were out of nearly everything: sour cream, rice, guacamole—you name it. We were told they’d check the back, and then… nothing. No communication. No urgency. Just gone. After waiting over 35 minutes with no resolution, we got up and left. To make it worse, there were multiple employees in the back the entire time, but no one came out to help the line or communicate with customers. This isn’t a one-time issue—this has happened at this location multiple times. It’s clear there is a serious lack of management, accountability, and basic customer service. We’ve spent thousands of dollars at Chipotle over the years, but after this experience, we will not be returning to this location—or possibly any Chipotle at all. This place doesn’t just need improvement it needs a complete overhaul. At this point, it’s damaging the entire brand. this is a representation of the leadership of this establishment.
