THATS SO INFURIATINGLY INEFFICIENT AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 20 MINUTES??? Please fix your store and the employees were these three white teenage looking boys please apprehend them.

I knew from looking at the burnt offerings I should have left. But I was starving. Ordered chips and they were so stale you could bend them in half without cracking. Bag was also damn near empty. No, I’m not exaggerating in the slightest. What a disaster. Never again at this location. Big surprise it had a two star rating already.

The younger guy giving me my cup at the counter stuck 3 of his fingers deep down in my cup while handing it to me. Gross. And my stomach has been in knots all day since eating my salad bowl (and I get the same thing from every Chipotle I eat at and it has never happened to me). After reading the reviews now, I wouldn’t go back. Wish I would have read the reviews beforehand!

I never see anybody from behind them counters wipe any tables/chairs/stools, or keep the trash overpiled where it's falling on the floor. I always gotta take napkins & wipe where I wanna sit bc of food & sticky stains on the tables/chairs The people are always amazing & food is always fire though
