  I love Chipotle and was craving the chips and queso...I forgot that the last time I got the chips at this location they seemed stale...and it has happened yet again..😭 What has happened?? Please fix it..

  I come to this Chipotle often because it’s close to my house, and the staff usually gives fair portions when customers are respectful and kind. That said, this is easily one of the most hostile work environments I’ve witnessed as a customer. Every time I visit, employees seem to be yelling at each other. When someone makes a mistake, the reaction makes it sound like the end of the world. I understand that following procedures is important and that training new employees can be stressful, but there’s a respectful way to correct someone without speaking to them with anger or disrespect. The most concerning part is that this happens right in front of customers. If this is how employees are treated on the floor, I can’t imagine what it’s feels like behind the scenes. It seems like some of the longer-tenured employees feel it’s acceptable to speak down to newer team members instead of helping them learn. I’m not sure what’s going on internally, but I’m not surprised that I see new faces almost every time I visit. The food and convenience keep me coming back, but I sincerely hope management takes a closer look at the workplace culture, because no one deserves to work in that kind of environment.

  Food tastes great but it's overpriced and they always give such a small amount of food as if their CEO didn't say you can request more food if you feel it wasn't enough.

  I was charged double chicken, add steak, I asked for 3rice double chicken add steak. What I received is not double chicken add steak, ×2. And 2 chips. He actually sprinkled a full scoop of rice after asking 3 times for him to put it together 3 brown rice, double chicken. After he shook the rice in the bowl and sprinkled some chicken I spoke up and said that's not double chicken, I asked him to put some freaking meat on the bowl. That was a bad way to waste 40$ Hilltop used to be the spot.. that young man told me they're not allowed to talk to us. Big boss needs to make this right or I'm not wasting the money
