We placed a mobile order for three bowls tonight, and somehow every single one was made completely wrong. To make matters worse, two of the paid extras we added to our order were missing entirely. An occasional mistake is understandable, but getting three out of three entrees wrong while still charging for missing add-ons shows a total lack of quality control on the digital pickup line. Skip the mobile order shelf at this location entirely—you are better off going somewhere else or standing in line so you can watch them build it.

The first time I ordered 2 chicken bowls and when the food came to me the bowls definitely did not have the correct quantity of food. I knew because before I took the lid off I held the bowl in my hand and it felt really light. After the lid was off I saw how little food they put in the bowl. I took the food back and they apologized and made 2 fresh bowls in front of me with the normal quantity of food. Today, 7/22/26, they basically shorten the quantity again. I think they do this, anticipating that because its an online order during lunch time that customers won't have time to come back. Don't order online with this place if you expect to get the normal quantity of food.
