  Food was great. Music was extremely too loud. Atmosphere: Dirty eating area at 2-3 in the afternoon. These conditions were after a lunch rush. Trash was over flowing, no napkins or utensils on the floor for customers, staff did not provide them with my order and no one acknowledged that I was coming back to the counter to get them.

  I placed a catering order for my soon to be wife and her bridesmaids with adequate notice, and on the day and time of pick up the order was not only not ready, but the staff and manager said they knew nothing of my order. I was also met with HEAVY amounts of disrespect from one staff member (large white female) to include being dismissed and ignored. Regardless I stayed professional and polite, yet this staff member continued to treat me as an inconvenience. I will never return to this location. Do better Chipotle.

  The white rice was improperly cooked (too much water). Overtly mushy and in clumps. No steak available nor chicken. Food service counter needs to be cleaned of debris. Beverage station needs cleaning. Fair warning to everyone who expect a higher quality in service/food. Redirecting my patronage from the landstown location until management decides to clean up their act.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. From the moment I walked in, it was obvious the restaurant was being poorly managed. The first thing I noticed was the back of the restaurant. It appeared to be covered in grease and filth, giving the impression that it hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time. The dining area wasn't any better. The restaurant looked dirty, several of the chairs wobbled, and the overall condition made for a very unpleasant experience. The service was also incredibly slow. When I finally received my food, the portions were unacceptably small, my burrito was wrapped so poorly that it fell apart, and the quality of the food itself was disappointing. What upset me the most was the children's quesadilla. Charging over $5 for something so incredibly small is unacceptable. My child was still hungry afterward because the portion was so tiny. I genuinely feel like I was ripped off. To make matters worse, every single drink dispenser was out of service or not working properly. Based on the condition of the restaurant and the overall experience, it appears that management has failed to maintain even basic standards. The manager on duty was extremely rude when I asked for a receipt, and the issues I experienced reflect very poorly on the leadership at this location. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. Between the dirty conditions, poor service, tiny portions, broken drink machines, and disappointing food, I have no intention of returning to Chipotle. There was one guy in here working that complimented my frog and toad shirt, I appreciate him.
