  Went in tonight for dinner. The counters were absolutely FILTHY. Only one person was cooking food. The staff was blaring their own personal music. All of the employees were just standing around. I went to go tap to pay and it wouldn't work and the girl was like "Oh yeah I forgot to reset" it so she's just resetting it and I'm just standing there for the system to work so I can pay and get out. As her and the cashier are standing there talking about things they probably shouldn't be right there at the counter with their phones right there on the counter. The ice machine is also not working correctly.

  Burritos used to not be able to hold all the food inside when wrapped, and now they're half the size and a lot of tortilla to bite through before getting to the food inside. When I asked employees at the front counter why it was so much more less food than it used to be when their CEO is constantly on TV boasting about their portions not being any smaller, I was told that the Landstown manager instructed employees to watch their portions and make them smaller. So someone is lying to the public, but you better believe that customers are not getting the same for their hard-earned money as they used to at Chipotle's anymore. My burrito was no bigger than something you can get at Taco Bell for half the price. Very sad.

  Staff was rude and put food in container before I told them what i wanted. Ingredients were all mixed together cross contaminating the food. Staff ignored us when we interacted and served others in line behind us first. Never had a worse experience at chipotle than tonight.

  Good place, but it's took a dive recently. Service is good but there's one on the line that if i see them i just turn around. I don't know her name but 3 times in the past month she's made my bowl and 3 times i rethink why i thought it was a good idea. I used to work here when i was in hs, so i know what a bowl should look like. Every time with her it looks like the ingredients got some air time before landing in the bowl, and i feel lucky if i can even get half a normal proportion of protein. I haven't had this problem with anyone else, and at this point i'm starting to think it's personal. Will keep trying my luck, but it's out of principal at this point and not enjoyment.

  I went in around 9pm ish. I was looking forward to try the new Pollo Asada but the experience just getting the food was dreadful. An employee there was not in the working mood. He came from the back of the kitchen not in the mood to serve which I understand. I worked in the food buisness i get it. It gets tiring and draining after a long day and especially after a long day but that shouldnt have the facts that youre still at work and youre getting payed to work. This specific chipotle has given me and my friends even family trouble. Food portions are shit. service is worse than the food. Ive seen better at Lynnhaven then landstown commons with my experience. Every time I come here its just gets worse every time. I told myself i was gonna regret it and i did. The money was not an issue paying for the food, its the fact that people don't want to work, just want to get payed. Never coming back here icl cooperate or whoever runs this chipotle business needs to figure out what to do because im seeing this 3.3 stars and its making sense.
