  Foods good quality and all but I ordered a bowl with a drink and received an empty cup for anyone ordering online wouldent recomend ordering a drink because they will likely just throw an empty cup in with it.

  Food was okay. I thought that the food was expensive. A lot of toppings are a separate charge, but it does not say that on their menu.

  Tonight my wife and I visited the Chipotle location at 2701 North Mall Drive Suite 10 in Virginia Beach at approximately 9:33 PM, and the experience was completely unacceptable. Order #428 Host: Nikkhia Manager: Female wearing glasses (name unknown) We ordered two bowls and I specifically asked for fajita veggies and corn within those bowls. We were told the store was “out” of both items. Less than a minute later, we stood there and watched the manager put BOTH fajita veggies and corn onto an online order that came AFTER ours. When we questioned why we were just told those items were unavailable, the host looked at my wife and said, “we have to make it last,” while continuing to ring us up and take our money. That is very dishonest customer service. If ingredients are being reserved for online orders, THEN say that. DO NOT lie directly to customers standing in FRONT OF YOU while visibly using the same ingredients for someone else! The manager NEVER attempted to resolve the situation, explain the policy, or correct the issue. Instead, she simply stared at the employee while continuing to prepare online orders. Meanwhile, we were rushed through the line because the staff clearly wanted to close early. This is NOT the first bad experience I’ve had with this location or this manager, but I decided to give the store another chance. That was obviously a mistake. Chipotle leadership publicly talks about customer satisfaction and making things right for customers, yet this location does the exact opposite. Customers physically inside the restaurant should not be treated like second-class customers compared to online orders. Very poor management. Very poor communication. Very poor customer service. At this point, I would like this issue properly addressed, including compensation for two replacement meals for the waste of time and overall negative experience my wife and I dealt with tonight. Something seriously needs to change at this location.
