- AAAnnaSep 16, 20261.0I wish I could give 0 stars we stood there no customers in there and multiple employees did not adress us and then the manager tried to say she did even tho she ignored us and gave a rude attitude and look at us and never gave any service. She then looked at us when we walked out and we said she never gave us service then she proceeds to lie and scream at us do not go here I don’t even know how they got hired but these workers are incompetent and clearly shouldn’t be working in customer service

- TST SAug 2, 20261.0Save your time and money and go elsewhere. If you want to be absolutely dissatisfied then this is the perfect location. I tell myself not to go here but I’m clearly insane and went again. It’s always something missing as far as ingredients are concerned. On this last trip unsurprisingly they were out of receipt paper. App was messing up so I didn’t get to scan and figured I’d just do the receipt way, well there went that. I ask for chicken and steak as protein. He puts chicken then ask if I want double or half. ?? I say double thinking he’s talking about proteins apparently not and get charged double steak plus the chicken. I ask for chips and guacamole, I get my bag those are missing. I heard the other worker tell him before ringing it up, he states he didn’t hear him so now he adds that on my order. I have no clue if it was charged twice because why? No receipt paper. Like I said this location always has issues. Just save yourself the time and avoid it! I have never complained so many times for a single location. This will definitely be my last time because I will never return to this place. Management as in the GM should definitely be held accountable because this is clearly a location that lacks management of any type.
