  Unfortunately, we decided to avoid this location. The food was not fresh and did not like the taste.

  The place was clean, the employees were kind. However I’m not sure if it was an off day for the sour cream and cilantro cream sauce but both were extremely watery. I’ve never seen sour cream run like water until that experience.

  I ordered 2 tacos hard shell separate. I was missing one of the toppings which were ordered on the side. The chicken was basically nonexistent on the tacos. Two little lumps of chicken. One of the shells was totally soggy. The toppings were ordered on the side except veggies and the chicken. My order was absolutely awful. I would take it back but it was miles away. I will try the Constitution Dr. location next time. It's out of the way, but better than being frustrated. It's a huge gamble to order pick up, especially at this location..

  Save your time and money and go elsewhere. If you want to be absolutely dissatisfied then this is the perfect location. I tell myself not to go here but I’m clearly insane and went again. It’s always something missing as far as ingredients are concerned. On this last trip unsurprisingly they were out of receipt paper. App was messing up so I didn’t get to scan and figured I’d just do the receipt way, well there went that. I ask for chicken and steak as protein. He puts chicken then ask if I want double or half. ?? I say double thinking he’s talking about proteins apparently not and get charged double steak plus the chicken. I ask for chips and guacamole, I get my bag those are missing. I heard the other worker tell him before ringing it up, he states he didn’t hear him so now he adds that on my order. I have no clue if it was charged twice because why? No receipt paper. Like I said this location always has issues. Just save yourself the time and avoid it! I have never complained so many times for a single location. This will definitely be my last time because I will never return to this place. Management as in the GM should definitely be held accountable because this is clearly a location that lacks management of any type.

  I have never been to such a good chipotle. They actually gave me double chicken on an online order… that’s usually half the battle with these places. But no, they prevailed. Honestly, I haven’t had chipotle in a year due to a bad experience in another location. Now, I have decided to dedicate my life to this Chipotle location. Bowl was loaded up and I actually got my moneys worth. Getting emotional as I’m typing this. To the Chipotle staff at this location, MAY YOU LIVE A PROSPEROUS LIFE.
