  What a terrible experience. I placed a Mobile order for breakfast. It said I had to arrive by 10:30 in order to get my food. I joined the drive-through at 10:27 and let the app know I was there. The app says we’ll get started on your order please join the drive thru. Somewhere between 5 and 7 minutes of sitting in the drive thru later, the person taking orders gets to my car. She sees that I ordered breakfast and tells me that breakfast is over and they can’t help me. It’s my birthday and I wanted to start my day with Chick-fil-A breakfast. I told her I only wanted breakfast and my order was placed well before 10:30 and I was in the drive thru before 10:30. She refused to do anything for me. Then I’m stuck in the drive thru until everyone ahead of me gets their food (probably breakfast lol) and I’m not even getting what I ordered. I finally get out of the drive thru and called to speak to a manager because this experience didn’t sit right with me at all. What do you mean I was here before you stopped serving breakfast, but because YOU didn’t get to my car until after 10:30 I basically came here for nothing?? I believe the manager I spoke with said her name was Jada. (Also an odd encounter because the manager sure did sound like the person who answered the phone and put me on a brief hold as if to go get the manager I asked to speak with.) Jada asked me to hold for just a second so she could see what they could do. Then she hung up on me. I called back and she says the call was “disconnected.” The only way to disconnect a landline is to hang up??? Then she informed me that they’re not going to do anything to help me because they call breakfast at a specific time and “the person who took your order said they didn’t see your car in the drive-thru by the time breakfast was called.” This couldn’t be farther from the truth because I literally sat in my car in the drive thru and watched the girl who took my order notify her coworker that breakfast was called and watched them flip the drive thru signs from breakfast to lunch. If I weren’t in line when breakfast was called, how would I have seen that???? There was absolutely no willingness to do anything to rectify the poor experience, only empty sorries and lies that place blame on a loyal customer. I live 5 minutes away. I come here weekly, sometimes multiple times a week. Chick-fil-A was my first job ever (circa 2014 lol) and I remember superior customer service being the top focus of our training as employees. That is the exact opposite of what I received today. What restaurant/manager accuses the customer of not even being in the drive thru?? Wish I had a dash cam to prove my innocence. Do better, Chick-fil-A General Booth. Very sad day when Chick-fil-A stops upholding what I thought were very high standards. Clearly that is no longer true.

  Racist and judgemental! I picked up up multiple doordash orders the manager on duty said, there he go again guess whos back, parking lot crew member said at least its an take out order and they laugh I'm a h9nest citizen I'm just providing a service for customer, they shouldn't be so obvious about it...

  I had originally given them five stars... DO NOT ORDER DOOR DASH FROM HERE! It isn't doordash's fault, it is Chick-fil-A. Over and over again they have missed huge parts of my order, only for us to have to drive back up there to get it. Otherwise they decline to replace it when they were originally too lazy to fill the full order to begin with. Fortunately they are many other restaurants on General Booth who aren't as incompetent. Please do not give this company anymore of your money when getting delivery. You won't get all of it
