  Cleanliness needs to be prioritized here. Today, Josh had cuts on both hands, touching the food covers and even putting his hand in the food people are supposed to eat. He almost, always seems unaware of his less than hygienic practices, and maybe needs some more training. In another instance, he touched the trash can and then proceeded to serve food with the same gloves. I was really trying to give this location a chance, but Josh, with his attitude, and just plain nastiness, has ruined that. Hygiene has to be the number one priority when in the food service industry. Nonetheless, the rest of the staff changes their gloves when needed and are always polite.

  10/10 experience! The worker Josh went out of his way to ensure that we enjoyed our service and was attentive for what I needed for my picky eating 4 year old. Josh and Robert was a 10/10 especially with their patience!!!

  I love cava, the food is always so good and fresh! Sometimes the line can get long and the staff isn't always super friendly. Also, this isn't an everybody thing, but I get flustered when having to decide quickly, and when they're busy there's pressure to make your choices quickly of what goes in your bowl or on your pita, and that stresses me out 😬

  La comida muy rica pero las personas que antienden q Horror trabajan si ganas no se escuchan ni lo que dicen. Debería mejor en su customer service eso lo haría 5 estrellas en comida rapida

  Let me start by saying CAVA overall is amazing but I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. I went in to grab some food around 10:45 on the way to work and apparently I was there too earlier for a very rude employee named Robert. He rolled his eyes and scoffed when I told him I only wanted spinach and no rice, when I asked for double chicken he gave me legitimately three pieces of chicken in one scoop and when asked for a little more he charged me for TRIPLE chicken! As I proceeded to order he rolled his eyes anytime I asked for extra anything and was so nasty when ringing me up. I’m not sure what I did to deserve this behavior first thing this morning but it was unwarranted and just a bad way to start the day. I hope upper management looks into this and I will definitely not be back if that’s the type of attitude and interaction I can expect when going in there. I paid $21 for a $16 meal, dealt with a nasty attitude,
