  I was beyond disappointed that the Braised Lamb was discontinued and that the meatballs were a 3rd of its previous size. Paige however was very nice and provided great customer service. Her customer service kept me from leaving.

  Friendly and polite staff, the food is delicious, they work together as a team. They never have a problem with making new pita chips!💪🏾

  Ordered a Harrisa Chicken Avocado Bowl last night for delivery. The bowl was pretty good but had a TON of lentils, more lentils than greens in it. Everything else was OK except the avocado, which is a premium included item, was brown throughout and clearly not good - it shouldn't have made it onto my bowl. I had to pick it out and throw it away. CAVA is known for fresh ingredients so the avocado being brown with lines in every single piece of it wasn't a good start. Otherwise, delivery was OK and sauces were on the side as requested.

  I walked into this Cava defeated, disappointed, and heartbroken. I left a king. The service felt like a warm hug from all the way behind the counter, the food felt like a delicious kiss on the forehead, and the atmosphere made me feel like I was home (I was born in the serene pastures of Wyoming hence the peaceful analogy).

  My coworkers and I placed a mobile order for pickup and the food was disgusting!!! We all ordered salmon bowls and the salmon was small, cold, and burnt. Everything in the bowls was disgusting and very skimpy on the portions especially paying $18 or more for a bowl.
