  My experience at Cava was very good. I was served by Anon at first who made my food just like how I wanted it. He asked questions about what I wanted too. Shae cashed me out and was very pleasant. The restaurant was clean as well as the toilets. All round pleasant experience where I will definitely visit again.

  Donald was an absolute legend and gave me a crazy good bowl recommendation that switched my perspective from chipotle to cava. Will forever be replacing chipotle with cava from now on. Give the man a raise.

  Order my food at 11:30 and it’s currently 12:55 days it ready for pick up. Not in pick up area, staff is walking around with heads down not acknowledging the 6 people in the pick up line. Absolutely terrible service

  Donald provided excellent customer service during my visit to Cava. He was friendly, cheerful, and very attentive while preparing our bowls. He listened carefully, made sure everything was just right, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Great service like his really makes a difference. Thank you, Donald, for a great experience!

  My first time in here and it was unpleasant. There were two male employees at the front. The young man with the big eyes seems to have no patience or he just doesn't like poc. I asked to try the lamb. According to his facial expression and the way he grabbed the shredded lamb he seemed annoyed. Then the woman next to me smirks, looks at me and the man she was with still smirking. I turn and look directly at her and then the employee. I said to him " this is my first time here if I'm taking too long I'm sorry". I wasn't even up there a solid 2 minutes. I won't step back inside there again. Donald was very nice though.
