  Kaela is a wonderful person, she was super on point with my order and accommodating to my order specifics. Food was really good and fresh, great location and service.

  I went up and requested the bowl and I asked if the lentils were fresh and they said no they were not and I asked them to make a fresh batch and they said it would take 20 minutes. Also they were completely out of side pita for the whole day. I paid $16 for a bowl.

  Today in cava Bailey was very helpful and sweet , she helped me choose something I’ve never had before and I just know it’s going to be wonderful thank you Bailey I will always come to this Cava because of you

  They open at 1030am and by 1031am they are out of yogurt dill, crisp and half the toppings 🤣 it's a 50/50 chance when you go that they are stocked with everything. Service is always good. But management need to make sure the store can get through the day!

  Do not order pick-up from here. They are careless and it is a 50/50 chance that they will get your order right. This is the second time I ordered an extra portion of chicken and they did not add that to my order. They also didn’t add the side of pita chips that I pay for. I should have checked to make sure that everything was there before pulling out, but it’d be nice to be able to trust the employees to do their job.
