  My family and I have come here several times over the last few months and it's become progressively TERRIBLE. service staff appears to be completely uninterested in being there or caring for customers, hostess staff is completely oblivious to how the front is supposed to work, and I don't even know if management exists at this BWW. Tables are always empty, yet we've had to wait several minutes to be seated, tables wet and have to wipe them dry ourselves, outdated menus REGULARLY, and several times they have not been able to fulfill doordash orders because of THEIR system. I love BWW and I've been to dozens around the USA and I will NEVER recommend this one to ANYONE. It's the worst one by a mile.

  This place keeps getting worse and worse. Walked in. Plenty of tables open yet we were told to wait while they clean one. We were led to a table that was completely wet still and we had to ask for napkins to dry it ourselves. Servers always seem miserable and not happy to be there. Wait times are ridiculous when they're not busy. Keep trying to give it more chances because we love the pick 6 deal but its getting to a point where its not worth it.

  This place is a joke.. waited an Hour and a half, to be ignored and disrespected by staff. I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings franchises all over the country, and unfortunately this one by far the worst. I waited 30 minuntes for a margarita, didn’t even get the right margarita. Ordered an appetizer and a burger, never even saw them. Told the waitress we’d like to leave and immediately was given an attitude and she stormed off, a grown woman old enough to be my mother acting like a child. Waited 15 minutes for a check, then was again disrespected by the manager.. This location is leaps and bounds below its counterparts, the worst buffalo wild wings in the entire country. I hope you guys feel good about making us wait an hour and half, and disrespecting us the entire time. Your manger is a clown, your wait staff is incompetent and terrible. I would have rather been run over walking across the street getting there then sit in your dirty dining area, that smells like crap.

  A year or maybe a year and a half ago, I came to the Princess Anne Virginia Beach location often while I was in a deeply unhealthy and abusive relationship. Honestly, I couldn’t tell you what I ordered, what it tasted like, or even who our server was by name. I don’t remember what she looked like. But I remember her kindness, and that matters more than any menu item ever could. We were there at least once a week because my ex wanted to watch basketball. During one visit, he made a disgusting comment about another server right in front of me. Our server that day noticed immediately that something was wrong. She could tell I wasn’t okay and that his behavior was gross. She never made a scene or said anything directly, but it was so clear that she saw what was happening. That brief moment of being seen stayed with me. It lived in my head rent free, and it became the first in a chain of events that ultimately helped save my life. I also want to apologize, because we came in often and he tipped terribly after being disrespectful to the staff. You all deserved so much better. Even though I don’t live close enough to come by regularly now, I wanted to leave this here in case it gets read to the team. If she still works there, I hope she remembers this: what you did mattered. More than you could have known. To everyone there—thank you. Kindness always wins, even when you can’t see the impact in the moment. You guys rock. 🖤
