  Usually their food is great. This morning I brought $40 worth of unsatisfying breakfast. The sausage and gravy was lumpy salty and too thick. The coffee was old and warm. I was so disappointed I didn't even want a food replacement nor to go get my money back. 😟

  Order 2 pieces white dinner x2 and couple other items. Had to go back to store 3x to get stuff they forgot. 1st time they realized and had boroughs ready by time I was there. 2ndvtime had attitude and basically accused me of lying. Like I want to go back 3x to get my food. Missing piece of chicken and biscuit out of dinner. 1 caramel sauce out of a 12 count donut bites. Do your job and check stuff properly, not the customers fault. Being a a GM in food service myself this is completely unacceptable customer service to experience

  Disorganized and confused...I came inside ordered 2 large green beans the cashier presumably the manager tried to ring it up..then she mumbled no I can't do that..at this point I got confused . Can't do what? She said it doesn't let me ring in large sides, eventually she figured out how to run the register rang me up I paid she walked away. I had to get my own receipt as she just went somewhere...then she comes back and says we don't have any green beans cooked you have to wait. I waited they were done just sitting there while the staff did other stuff. Eventually the lady who took.my order told them to make my order...at this point even with cost of gas I will just drive to Holland rd if I want Bojangles totally disappointed as I had high hopes when they started building

  I’ve been to this Bojangles on General Booth almost every day since it opened because I was genuinely excited to have a Bojangles nearby. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing. I order fries with extra seasoning every single time. The employees smile, tell me they added it, and then I get home and there is little to no seasoning on them. This has happened roughly 25 times. At this point, I have to wonder why I even bother asking. This isn’t a complicated request. If a customer repeatedly asks for extra seasoning, actually put extra seasoning on the fries. Telling me you did it when you clearly didn’t is even more frustrating. There also doesn’t seem to be enough traffic at this location to justify consistently poor attention to simple orders. You would think a newer location trying to build a customer base would be going out of its way to provide good service. I really wanted to like this Bojangles, but after approximately 25 visits with the same issue, I’m getting tired of paying for something and repeatedly not getting what I ordered. Management needs to pay attention to what is happening at this location.
