- RARachel AcostaAug 16, 20261.0I visited here with my 2 kids. We all got ice cream. Our ice cream was soft, on the border of melting, right as the employee handed it to us. We sat inside to eat it and noticed that they did not close the ice cream case and there were flies inside. My kids were unable to finish their ice cream before it turned to liquid (not because they eat slow, but because it was melting when it was handed to them). When we left, the ice cream case was still wide open and we confirmed that there were flies inside the case. We won't be going back. It was a huge disappointment because it is the only Baskin-Robbins in our area.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
