- BABeth AbrahamDec 5, 20252.0I’ve always had good experiences with this Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin’ location, and as the only Baskin-Robbins in Virginia Beach, I’ve come to expect reliable service. However, my recent experience with an online birthday order was disappointing. This was my first time placing an online order, and I drove 30 minutes to pick up a Cookie Monster scoop and a chocolate cone with sprinkles, only to be told upon arrival that neither item was available. The order was never canceled, and I was not contacted beforehand, which would have saved me the trip entirely. Although the staff member assisting me was friendly, the solution offered was simply to cancel the order and direct me to call customer service. I chose another option instead, but even then, the waffle cone I received was stale. The customer service in person was pleasant, but the lack of communication and the disconnect between online ordering and in-store inventory was frustrating. Had I known the items weren’t available, I would have gone to Cold Stone or Bruster’s rather than waste the trip. This location generally provides good service, but better coordination and management of online orders are definitely needed.

We had payed partial payment using gift cards plus a $3 coupon off the cake. The cashier called his manager Mike and Mike was not very helpful. Mike told the cashier to charge us full price and we can come back tomorrow and work it out then. I was very upset and we walked out without the cake for my wife. We lost about $18 of gift cards and $3 coupon and felt like we were ripped off by Mike, who was not even there. I would never go to that Baskin-Robbins again because their service and their equipment is the worst. That cake should have been around $2 with the gift cards and the coupon, we wasted a lot of time.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
