Ordered online about 8 minutes before picking up. When I arrived they verified my order and had everything ready. The drinks didn’t have ice -which was perfect because I got more drink. When I arrived home I forgot to ask for ketchup and I didn’t have any in the pantry. Luckily they included ketchup in my bag. The cheesesteak meal was delicious! The service on pickup was very friendly. Great job !

Elder man working tonight was being incredibly rude to the 2 female employees while I was waiting for my order. You could see he was visibly stressing them out while making passive aggressive comments directed at them causing my order to get mixed up with another’s. Food is otherwise good I hope those girls are able to find somewhere that gives constructive criticism instead of just criticism

Went in on a friday at 6pm and was told “NO ROAST BEEF” and when I inquired why I was told to ask the day shift. I did not expect to get treated this way at your establishment. I immediately left and called your corporate office to file a formal complaint and will never return to this location.

Just ordered delivery. Missing my son’s sandwich, I paid $10 for the new brisket sandwich, it was flatter than a McDonald’s cheeseburger. Less than 2 ounces of brisket, the French dip was as skimpy. Got the peach cobbler 2 pack, there was only 1. My large fry has the exact same amount of fries as the small fry in the order. They included 1 Arby’s sauce and 1 horsey sauce packet. It’s like it was intentionally terrible. There is no way someone could have made this order in seriousness. This location consistently messes orders up. I am done with this place.
Edit - after formal complaint never had a single outreach from restaurant to make things right. The “we’ll talk to the team” nonsense is an insult. Your team pep talk doesn’t replace my missing food, the money you stole from me, or the time I wasted.
