You have to wait 20 minutes just for someone to take your order, even though they clearly see you standing there. Today was my last time going to this location. Either shut it down or hire better employees. Whoever is in charge of running this store needs to be replaced with someone who actually knows how to manage a business. Very disappointing experience.
