  Everytime I go to the drive thru they always say I will be with you in a minute. This time its been 8 minutes because they are doing "shift" change. They need to stagger employees so they can take care of their drive thru!! Worst drive thru in Arby's history.

  I came through on April 10, mid afternoon, and was met with confusing service. At the drive thru, after waiting a few minutes of wondering if it was open, I was met with a “hello” as if the guy was answering his phone. Annoying. The guy had his hair over his face which irked me bc you’re at work. Anyways, he was really nice!! So that made up for it for sure. Got home, and both orders of mozzarella sticks were missing. I called, spoke with the manager, Shay, who was very nice as well! Anyways, fast forward to today, Saturday April 18, I was finally able to go in and get those two orders. Dominique was an absolute gem! When we went, no one in drive thru or inside, and everyone was keeping busy cleaning, restocking, it was really cool to see that people still do take pride in their jobs. From a managerial point of view, that’s the crew I want. They had their A-team in today! They were so polite when people came through drive thru, and when people came I to the lobby. The lobby was clean, the kitchen area was organized, and they were welcoming and kind when speaking to each other as well. I’ll definitely be back soon!
