This is our go to Taco Bell. Fast, friendly and respectful. Xavier goes above and beyond being polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Overall good experiences at this Taco Bell.

Ordered through the mobile app for tae out. App said food would be ready at 7:41. Received food at 8:15. Asked girl who was monitoring drive thru about our order and she didn't know anything about orders from the app and looked it up, said it would be ready soon. It wasn't. She got angry, threw her headset down and asked out the door, only to come back in a few minutes later. Drama. The lobby was filling up with customers wait for food though all the employees seemed to care about was the drive thru. Uber Eats and Grubhub drivers complaining about waiting until one said it wasn't worth it and left. Finally got food. This had happened before so we won't be back. Cannot find any contact info for Arliss Brian the Area Coach to complain.

I don’t usually eat Taco Bell (or fast food in general), however today I thought I’d give it another shot. Today I went for lunch and it was amazing! The best Taco Bell I had ever had. Whoever worked there did a great job. It was so good that I went back again for dinner (7:30pm-ish) after a lot of thought because I am a health conscious person.
The second time was terrible and my meal is being thrown away because it is inedible. The Crunchwrap fell apart after opening it, I couldn’t even get it out of the bag because it was already open in the bag and falling apart. In addition to this, the chicken is pink and soggy on the inside. Ew.
The salsa packet I got is expired as it was thick and smelled terrible compared to the one I got earlier. The chalupa dough is raw. And no, they were not busy. I was one of 2 cars.
If the CEO’s or owners etc ever read this, as someone who has worked in restaurants, your staff should be reviewed for food safety and quality assurance because having the same exact meal in 24 hours with 2 sets of staff speaks clearly that it depends on who works there as to what quality and sanitation you will receive.
This is either laziness or micro-aggressions from unhappy employees toward certain customers, point blank. I have been there, done that and dealt with many an employee like this.
A little advice to employees as a prior manager since the people here aren’t seeming to care: I get it, you’re unhappy. You want more but don’t want to admit it, I’ve been there. However, if you want to get out of here and better your life, it won’t happen by being rude to people you deem different than you or being too cool to care. A little effort to be productive, make connections, and make the best of where you are gets noticed and THAT is how you better you life. Listen to motivational speakers, learn something new…Where do you want to be 5 years from now? When you’re 30 or 40? Make a plan and don’t be too good for any job because you’ll remain stuck.
You almost gained a new customer but nope, there really is a reason I don’t go here. But I thank you because honestly I’m trying to get body tea as they say so it’s good that this turned me off of a potential bad habit. TY!
I just had to leave this review. I was in the Taco Bell Drive thru at this location right at 1:00 PM on Saturday. I could not believe how slow the drive through was it was absolutely ridiculous. It would have been nice if they had given a spoon or a fork to eat the nachos Bell Grande with but apparently you have to ask for these sorts of things. There was not a darn thing that would say great customer service or friendly whatsoever. If you're in a hurry or if you just want to get home at a reasonable time definitely do not pull Into this restaurant drive through.
