  I’m extremely disappointed by the customer service I received at this Subway location around 7:00pm. From the moment I walked in, the employee made me feel completely unwelcome and ignored. She continued putting dishes away without acknowledging me, making eye contact, greeting me, or even saying a simple ‘I’ll be with you in a moment.’ I was left standing there awkwardly wondering if anyone was even going to help me. Basic customer service and courtesy were completely missing. When she finally came over to take my order, the attitude continued throughout the interaction. The entire experience felt cold, dismissive, and unfriendly. What frustrated me even more was how stingy she was with the vegetables. Every topping — spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives — was being added in tiny amounts, literally one or two pieces at a time. I had to repeatedly ask for more after almost every topping because the portions were so ridiculously small. It honestly became uncomfortable and frustrating having to keep asking over and over again just to get a normal amount on my sandwich. As a paying customer, I should not feel like I’m begging for vegetables on a sandwich I’m purchasing. The employee’s lack of warmth, lack of attention, poor attitude, and unwillingness to provide reasonable portions completely ruined the experience for me. Customer service is not just about taking an order — it’s about making customers feel acknowledged, respected, and comfortable, and this experience failed in every way. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this interaction genuinely left a bad impression on me. Management seriously needs to address the professionalism and customer service at this location because no customer should be made to feel ignored, awkward, or like an inconvenience the moment they walk in.

  If I could leave no stars I would. Just got home ready to take a bite of my sandwich and looked down and there was a long black hair intertwined in my sandwich. I’m disgusted, and honestly I don’t see myself going to any Subway locations anytime soon. What happened to hair nets??

  I placed an order online instantly I called because the order was located here, I’m physically in Fredericksburg Va about 1 hour and 20 min away. While contacting I was put on hold while there was a customer being helped asking for help from another worker I mentioned about the situation and the gentleman was rude telling me he can’t help with an attitude. As I provided screen shots on my location I was told the order can not be refunded due to order being completed. I spent money on items that I have not been received therefore, I’m disputing the charge as the refund was not initiated due to the rude worker that told me this was due to The Owner rules and the said item was not received. -Update- So I did a double take, I checked the timestamp on when I called and then when the order was supposedly Finished. I was quoted at 5:40 PM that the order would’ve been finished by the reason why I’m updating is because the order from what I was told was finished well before 5:34 when I called so to be told I can’t get a refund/ cancel the order shows the incompetence the worker did not understand.

  I mistakenly placed an order at this location on March 6th through the Subway app and immediately called them to make sure they did not make the order and cancelled it. My intention was to place the order at a different location which I ended up doing. The lady who answered the phone confirmed to me that she saw my order come through and that she would cancel it so that I could be refunded. She did not cancel the order.

  We got a wrap and the amount of stuff she put in it was half compared to other Subways do. So, be careful 🧐 they will reduce the quantity and if you look at her with a concern or question 🤔 on your face she will simply rush you along. I will never visit this place again. To be fair , I visited this place multiple times in the morning hrs and it was not bad, this time I visited at 8pm in the evening so it might be specific staff issue.
