  We came here on a Monday evening, and there were actually quite a lot of people here for dinner. The food was a completely upgrade from Patsy’s next door, and we enjoyed it a lot. The service was great. We look forward to coming back!

  Amazing customer service! We had a great meal. Mac and cheese is great. They really went out of there way when we were there and highly recommend Prime.

  Went to Randy's to celebrate a LAW SCHOOL DOCTORATE GRADUATION. Was stopped at the door after eating because we had balloons on a surprise gift, and was told they have a "no balloon policy". Effectively had to argue with someone just to show the present for 2 seconds. It is completely unacceptable to ruin the mood of your PAYING customers for something so insignificant and asinine. Save your money and find any other place to have a celebration dinner because apparently you can only celebrate here in approved ways. Good food can be found anywhere, it's the service that matters and this was atrocious. Managers that would rather ruin the mood of everyone attending, than be accommodating shouldn't be in food service industry period. Additionally after paying this much, 6 balloons shouldn't even be brought up. It's a business casual steakhouse with children and babies around, not the White House ballroom.

  We had a fantastic experience at Randy's Prime Seafood and Steaks. We went as a family and everything we ordered was excellent. The filet was perfectly cooked medium rare and seasoned beautifully. The truffle fries, asparagus, and lobster mac and cheese were all delicious, and dessert was the perfect way to finish the meal. The restaurant itself is beautiful with an open layout, high ceilings, and plenty of parking, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Our waitress was polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Randy’s to anyone looking for a great steak and seafood experience!
