  Greenhouse Bistro in Vienna has become one of my favorite hangout spots. The food is always excellent, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the live DJ music on Friday and Saturday nights brings the whole place to life. The O’s Lounge section adds a whole different level of vibe — great energy, great crowd, and the perfect place to unwind and have a good time with friends. Definitely one of the best spots around for good food, music, and nightlife all in one place.

  Henry was absolutely the best bartender and truly made our night unforgettable. My friends and I went out for a fun girls’ night, and from the moment we sat down, Henry gave us the best experience. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, professional, and made every single drink perfectly. What really stood out was his energy and personality. He made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of the entire night. Even while the place was busy, he stayed calm, positive, and kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. That level of service is rare to find. Not only were the drinks amazing, but his recommendations were spot on. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes pride in giving customers a great experience. He completely elevated our night out and made it so much more fun. If you ever visit, ask for Henry — you will not be disappointed. Bartenders like him are the reason people come back. Thank you, Henry, for making our night so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

  I want to leave a review for Henry because he truly treated me wonderfully. From the moment I arrived, he was kind, attentive, and had such a great energy. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and knows how to make people feel comfortable and well taken care of. The drinks were excellent, but the service was even better. I would definitely come back because of Henry’s hospitality. Thank you for making the experience so enjoyable!

  Well, never like their food and always get sick. Specially their burgers and sea food. Also, their drink is horrible, all juice. They want u to keep buying that juice which is very expensive. Just the music and hookah is good. Everywhere else I’m ok with one margarita and her it’s just juice and 5 is not even enough. Just go there for their music and hookah and that’s all. Do not eat their food. Very overrated!!!!

  I went to Greenhouse Bar & Kitchen last Thursday, 4/30/26, with three colleagues to celebrate a coworker’s last day. We had a 5 PM reservation, and the restaurant was very quiet, with only one other table seated. Service started off fine but quickly declined. We ordered a couple of rounds of espresso martinis (which were just okay) and two appetizers (guacamole & chips and calamari, both underwhelming). After that, our server disappeared for about 45 minutes and didn’t check on us at all until we were getting ready to leave. When the checks came, we noticed a 20% service fee had already been added, which was never verbally disclosed to us. Because of that, we unknowingly tipped on top of the service charge. For a group of just four people during a slow time, this felt excessive and should have been clearly communicated. The most serious issue occurred after we left our original table. Our party inadvertently left behind an envelope containing a farewell card with written messages and a significant amount of money. Notably, two of us remained at the restaurant (relocated to an outdoor table), and the reservation was associated with a contact phone number. Despite these facts, no attempt was made by staff to notify us or return the envelope. By the time we realized later that day, I called the restaurant and left several messages. We called again the next day and still received no answer, nor were our calls returned, so one of us decided to stop by the restaurant to retrieve the card. My colleague was told that the envelope had been found; they had it in their possession but it was “thrown away.” That explanation is not credible. A thick envelope containing money is not something that gets casually discarded, especially when there were multiple clear opportunities to return it. Why not call the number on the reservation? Better yet, why not hand it to us when we were still at the restaurant, as we were there for a good amount of time after moving tables? This reflects a serious lack of integrity and accountability. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this establishment or, at the very least, be extremely cautious, because if something is lost, you should not expect any effort to get it back.
