  I highly recommend this store! The employees here truly care about their customers. During my shopping trip, I accidentally lost my wallet. At first, one employee noticed it and tried to alert me. Later, I went to the customer service desk and Amy was incredibly responsible, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to help me check with everyone and search carefully for my wallet. I also want to thank every staff member who helped along the way. Thankfully, I was finally able to find my wallet safely. Experiences like this really make me feel comfortable and secure shopping at this store. The staff here are amazing. Highly recommended!!!

  I shop at Giant all the time. But I don't normally go to this location. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I had one employee follow me in the store. When I greeted them instead they were flat out rude to me. Even when I was leaving a different employee began to harrass me too. Has the staff here never learned to mind their own business.

  If you are a truck driver delivering here, please note: do not call them to ask someone to come open the door for you. They will say they will come right away, but in fact they will not come to open the door. Please go directly to the front desk to check in. Otherwise, you will waste about half an hour and no one will respond. Their back door has no doorbell, and it is broken and cannot be opened. This is my delivery experience today.

  I’ve been shopping at the Giant in vienna for over 30 years, and cashiers have always been helpful, since changing to digital coupons the cashiers have entered the digital coupon for me. Tonight with over $350 in groceries at checkout the cashier her name is “UYEN”took it upon herself to tell me that cashiers don’t have the ability to do that, after telling her I’ve been coming here for years she insisted on saying no. nonetheless I left my groceries and left the store, after 30 years of being a loyal customer time to find a new grocery store…. unbelievable Giant responds by asking me to call a number for customer service ,,, have to go thru 5 different prompts to get to no one
