  So I noticed a few of the stellar reviews that include pictures of everything (bag orders, windows, of coffee being organized, seem to come from the manger herself and it seems she may have her staff put in reviews as well. So my experience overall: it’s a decent place to sit and have your quick meal, if they aren’t backed up. The staff can be hit and miss. Food: it’s dunkin so you know hit or miss.That’s about the nicest thing I have to say. Coffee, I could be ordering the same thing for 3 months straight and still somehow end up with a different taste, each and every day. How’s that’s possible beyond me. It seems very poorly managed with no leadership. I’d gone in the morning and it seems like one person is expected to open the store themselves, take orders and do the orders. There were days it seems like the staff has to call the manager in to help assist (that actually happens very often seems the staff don’t have authorization let alone know the full scope of handling the register)but they try. When the manager is there, she can very sweet, but she seems short if they’re backed up. Unfortunately i’d also like to say, make it perfectly clear, if you leave a tip, that it should go to the employees, otherwise hand it to the employee directly. I’ve witnessed the manager include themselves in the tipping pool one day after my order. I’ve sadly stopped tipping after witnessing that. I had tried handing individuals tips but it seems they have place it into the pool (again usually there is just one person in the morning) So, as much as I’d like to say support this place, I mean, the manager seems to care about perception more considering her great reviews, but doesn’t care too much about the employees.

  So happy there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts right by my spa, Kéda Aesthetics! I can’t live without my Dunkin—it’s perfect for grabbing my coffee on the way to work.
