- BHB HMay 6, 20261.0I feel terrible for the workers in this Dunkin. They NEVER have enough staff to actually serve customers that order at the counter and they are drowning trying to keep up with online orders. Until management makes major changes and investment in staff, not worth the trip. Especially will excellent alternatives so close By
- MMMargretDec 22, 20255.0I am a regular here and I always place a mobile order. On Saturday me and my daughter walked up to see the restaurant was PACKED. I went in and saw the manager where I pick up my order. I asked what was going on and he said "someone is trying to hold a party." A party at a DUNKIN? that's insane. The manager and his team were still talking and laughing together and helping out customers even as this party was being rude. The manager was communicationg with everyone loudly because of the noise level but with the upmost respect. He made sure that everyone was served in a timely manner. I don't see how the team kept their cool with the situation that they were dealt. eventually it got to be WAY to much noise for us so we went outside. The manager noticed we were outside and brought our drinks and food out to us so we didn't have to fight the crowd. I am sorry Dunkin Vienna, that people are being so rude. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK and Happy Holidays

She’s been having this get together at this location every Saturday before Christmas since 1980. Not to mention, he waited until we all got our food to call the police to tell us to leave. We tried to ask why he called the police and he refused to speak to us.
