  No employees or customers were there when we went in. No one answered when we yelled hello over the counter, so we left. 1:30pm

  Ordered two sundaes online… fudge and caramel. The person who made it gave me STRAWBERRY syrup . The ice creams were drenched in nothing but strawberry syrup. The substituted it and didn’t even care to call or ask the customer nothing. How lazy and inconsiderate. If you hate your job then get a new job, don’t waste peoples money by being crappy at something so basic . Customer service isn’t that hard .

  Great place to stop if you want a cold ice cream or blizzard treat. They can get busy at times from the nearby schools, especially in the afternoon and the lines may seem long, but it moves quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful.
