  The kitchen provides excellent food and they are all in sync with each other but the service is non existent, meaning they are absent, not attentive to their guest. We spent four hundred dollars for two people for food and wine and we had to pour our on wine and request warm bread and utensils several times throughout the night , while the food is excellent, there is a complete lack of service!

  We have been coming to Clarity for years and always regarded it as a fine dining experience close to home. We have been twice in recent weeks and have noted a steep decline in atmosphere and service. On both visits the dining room was essentially empty. On our most recent dinner, there was no one working at the entrance and we waited standing in the middle of the restaurant until my husband went to the bar to ask to be seated. We eventually sat ourselves. We ordered cocktails and the waiter returned to advise that the bar was out of a basic ingredient and could not make a standard drink that is featured on the menu. Food was good, but for the price it should be excellent. Desserts were mediocre. The ambiance is lacking. The upholstery at the tables is noticeably stained and needs updating. Service is slow and is not at the professional standard expected. We have many great memories from Clarity, but I’m sad to say that we do not plan to return. Hope things get back to the way they once were.

  We had an amazing dinner at Clarity. We tried the tasting menu, as well as a couple other items. They do not require everyone at the table to order the tasting menu (I love that more places are doing this!), so it's a really great way to sample more of the menu and try the Kitchen's delicious creations. I can't wait to come back.

  We went for a special family dinner. The food was above the majority of restaurants, well executed and tasty with surprising combination of flavors. Presentation was great. I ordered the Scottish Salmon crispy and delicious with a great contrast of complementary flavors on the dish, however, I suggest to balance the size / amount of the side dishes and the protein. The sweet potato puree lacked consistency, it was more like a brush of a sauce, it was a tiny slice of pepper... My husband's pork chop was awesome, but the side dishes become absent from the plate almost immediately. The same can be said from other dishes. Great Foie Grass appetizer dish!! In general a good experience. And it would be perfect if they consider this suggestion. Thanks :-)
