Had to brush off crumbs from the least-dirty table. Food scraps and napkins littered the floor. We stood at the counter for over a minute (we were the only patrons in line) while the food server prioritized stacking a bunch of red & yellow plastic wedges. When he was done only then did he acknowledge our presence. Puddle of water in a depression in the hallway by the kitchen entrance. Something leaking in the kitchen is a major concern. A customer brought in her dog (not marked as a service dog) (even though there was outdoor seating available) and the manager did not ask the customer to take the dog outside.

It always takes an extra 25 minutes to get my food after ordering online. They have the same girl at the register, who doesn’t speak English at all, and when you tried to communicate with her, she stares at you, and continues, helping other people as opposed to even acknowledging me or anyone else that is trying to speak to her. As a frequent customer, it’s really disappointing and frustrating when the expectation is order online for a quicker pick up, but then the line that’s the door gets served before you do. And you placed your order. 25 minutes prior.
