  Look at the reviews. They’re true! This place is awful. When I went there was no guacamole, tomato, lettuce, and serving trays… and the portion they give is teeenyyy tiny. The place is a mess and dirty, and the workers seem lazy (but they are nice). Not having trays means you didn’t wash them. And lettuce? Pretty sure they did not run out but just didn’t feel like cutting them. And a couple times we heard the workers scream out loud— it was scary. The staff were making loud sounds and having fun with one another but the environment was not welcoming, normal, or clean. Definitely not coming back.

  I ordered a Burrito and it came with a long hair in it. When I called, they refunded the money but gave no compensation for this disgusting experience.

  This is the filthiest chipotle ive ever seen. Nauseating. There's trash stuffed everywhere and hungry crows all over the outdoor seating ripping entire bags apart. Should be reported to the health department. I took photos because I doubt they'd believe it. I wanted to sit outside but it's a literal trash dump. I threw out my dinner and walked out. There seemed to be a full staff yet no one could see garbage piled up inside and outside the place. Or maybe they just don't care since it seems to attract young kids. Never going back. And the music is painfully loud. Why is that? Being loud doesn't improve the music or the atmosphere.

  I visited this Chipotle location on the evening of 06/02/26 and had an extremely unpleasant experience. The manager, who refused to give her name but was identified by another employee as Elida, was rude and unprofessional toward customers. While I was in line, she was speaking in Spanish, complaining about a customer in front of me and saying she wished she could smack him with his food bowl completely inappropriate behavior for anyone in a leadership role. When I politely asked for more chicken, she responded with a nasty attitude and flatly said “No.” On top of that, the location was visibly dirty and appeared to lack basic cleaning standards. This will be my last visit to this location. Chipotle corporate needs to address this employee’s behavior and enroll her in proper customer service training immediately.

  Walking into this restaurant, I was immediately met with several concerning sanitation issues. The trash bin at the entrance was completely full, creating an unpleasant first impression and raising questions about overall cleanliness. Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. At the workstation, the manager began wiping surfaces with a visibly dirty rag, and it came into contact with the food — a serious cross‑contamination risk. The food in the workstation itself looked dry, unappealing, and far from fresh. When I politely brought these concerns to the manager’s attention, she dismissed what I said and responded with attitude rather than accountability. The lack of professionalism and disregard for basic food‑safety standards was disappointing and unacceptable. This experience reflects poor management and a disregard for customer safety. I hope the establishment takes immediate steps to address these issues, but based on this visit, I cannot recommend dining here.
