  Worst catering experience ever! Be careful when you order on the website, It is extremely confusing. You think you're ordering for fifty people, because that's what you put in for your headcount and spend a lot if money, but when the delivery shows up, the sides are enough for twenty people. They give you small square plastic containers, half full, and they claim that it 's enough for ten people each. Their website is ridiculously confusing, and nobody reaches out if they notice a discrepancy. They see that you spend $900 for 50 people, and they literally bring you 15 bowls, telling you that that's the amount of food you ordered. When speaking to the catering manager, she was completely unhelpful and unapologetic. I would recommend not ordering catering from this company. I've had great experiences with other companies like chick fil a, chipotle, even jersey mike's, but this place is the worst!

  Hi, I go to Cava almost every day. I like to go into different ones and see how much business they are doing, if the food is good and fresh, and the level of customer service, because I have 2000 shares of Cava stock. The food and customer service at this location is always pretty good. One of the reasons is because they appear to have low turnover in staff and almost everyone is fluent in English. There is one staff that is there almost every time I come in. I think her name is Keyli. The staff that you engage with can make all the difference in same store sales increasing - which is a big reason why Cava stock shot up after this past earnings release. I would say that Keyli is the best interaction I have had with any person at Cava. She is the best. She is there so often, I thought she was the manager. Maybe she is a shift supervisor? Not sure, but I think this location should eventually make her a manager. Highly recommend this location!
