  Always a great experience at CAVA! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The portions are generous, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Everything is well prepared, and the service is quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

  Very disappointing service. The girls working at the food counter were extremely rude and unprofessional. One of them practically threw the plate down, refused to answer simple questions, and showed no willingness to help at all. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and completely ruined the experience. Management should seriously improve the customer service training.

  This location was excellent ! Speed, customer service / personality of staff, attentiveness the particularities of my order, and freshness / flavor- all on point! And a special shout-out to Fernanda 🥰 She was so awesome amazingly perfect and made me feel like a VIP. Five stars and will return for sure next time I'm in the area!

  I’ve been to this CAVA location several times, and unfortunately, I consistently have an issue when the manager is working. I order the kids meal because it is the appropriate portion for me. I cannot finish a regular meal, and I end up throwing a significant amount of it away. With the kids meal, I am able to finish my food without a problem. However, whenever this particular manager is there, I am repeatedly told that I need to order a regular meal. I’ve also been told that I cannot request half rice and half lentils and that I must choose one or the other. I have never had an issue making the same request when another employee or manager is working. I understand that restaurants have policies, but the inconsistent way this is being handled is frustrating. I’m simply trying to order a portion that works for me and avoid wasting food. I would appreciate it if the staff could apply the same policy consistently and treat customers respectfully. I enjoy CAVA and would like to continue coming here, but this experience has made me consider going elsewhere.
