  Karla was very polite and patient with me while making my grain bowl, I would definitely recommend this cava location. Great customer service and a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

  Customer service was absolutely amazing and the food was properly seasoned. Emmy was super nice and very outgoing while taking my order! The place itself was super clean and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend the Tyson’s location to anyone who needs on the go food or dine in!

  Dorga, Nathan, Jeffry & Alberto Are the best i’ve been coming to this specific cava for a year now no matter the distance because of their hospitality & how kind & caring they are since day one they’ve treated me with so much care to make sure i’m always leaving satisfied & happy with a smile. If there’s any promotion or raise that can be given to them give it to them with no hesitation because they truly deserve it and they all embody the true meaning of lead with kindness & care first !

  This CAVA has always been one of the best cavas I’ve ever been too! This place doesn’t stop surprising me, the moment i walk into the door, team members greets and service with high energy and attitude! Restaurant is very clean and well organized! Manager Edwin, and his Crew, Dorga, Nathan & Jeffry are an excellent team! With great customer service, my family and I left very satisfied! Will be back soon!

  I wanted to leave a review for Sindy because she provided one of the kindest customer service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, she had such positive energy and treated everyone with genuine kindness. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and made me feel valued as a customer. What stood out most was that her kindness felt completely genuine and effortless. As an act of kindness, she even offered to pay for my food herself. While I didn’t expect anything like that, the gesture genuinely touched me and reminded me that there are still people who go out of their way to make someone else’s day better. More than anything, it inspired me to pay that kindness forward. This interaction completely changed my mood and turned my whole day around. It’s rare to meet someone whose positivity has such an impact, but Sindy did exactly that. CAVA is lucky to have her, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for the warmth, generosity, and kindness she brings to her work every day.
