  If i could leave a zero I would ! Every time we go to Verona Arby's there is a problem but tonight was just downright ridiculous ! Ordered 3 of the same combo meal with potato cakes which I had to tell her 5 times. She tells me the total and its just for one meal. I said I wanted 3 of them ! I also said I wanted a large jamocha shake. She tells me she cant ring up anything but a small. What ????Then she tells me the new total which was at least $15 more then it should have been. She calls another employee over who was just as clueless and incompetent as she was. Finally get the total fixed and it was $36 plus change. I gave her $40 plus the change and ahe gives me back $3 plus change not the $4 I was supposed to get. I look in the bag, curly fries not the potato cakes I ordered 5 times ! My jamocha shake was vanilla which I hate and when I told her It was wrong she just looked at me like I asked her to explain oxygen levels on Mars ! Get home the French swiss dipping sandwiches we got didn't have the au jus that was supposed to be with them , the roast beef was raw and bloody in places and the sandwiches were dry and cold. Worst experience ever at a fast food place .There is zero excuse for such incompetence and absolute stupidity. I dont ever intend to go back there anymore. Literally ALWAYS a hassle

  Was charged for 2 things I didn't ask for, when I brought it up to the cashier he started to refund me, then another employee stopped him and said they can't do refunds? So they replaced the 2 things that I did not order with more food and said that's all they can do.....

  Worst Arby's I've ever eaten at. Incompetent staff. And what kind of fast food restaurant runs out of napkins? Pathetic.
