The next 2 times we ordered the batter and cooking on the waffles were poor (undercooked). The nuggets were incredibly salty but the chicken tenders had inconsistent seasoning. We decided ultimately to no longer order from here as the good quality is stellar, but the poor quality is so bad that it's inedible.

I throw away all the wings (5 out of 6) I bought in the trash can at that location. Don’t even want refund or argument. It was pure disgusting industrial garbage. I just wanna run away ASAP. Ironically, this location is the first place I tried back in 2023. I was surprised by the Korean fried wings which were tasted fresher, juicier, premium than others. Anyone who’s responsible for Hangry Joe’s quality control over franchise model should respond or resign. BTW, could anyone tell me how is the current quality in Oakton location and Fairfax location? I used to wait for at least 15 minutes to get really good wings there.
