- PCPete C3 days ago5.0Just had a business lunch at the Palm and I cannot express enough how great the experience was. The hospitality from the staff and management was top-notch. I wish I could add more stars to the review.. the food and timing and presentation of everything was extremely well Run and I’m looking forward to coming back whenever I have another business engagement or even just personal. I highly recommend this location. Great folks great food.

He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. It’s clear that he cares about his customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. Overall, everything was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this place. I look forward to coming back again!

- BEBradley EngleOct 7, 20261.0I’d never host a private event here again. Made a reservation for 10 people to celebrate a family occasion, which turned into a "banquet" booking. When I first called I was told it was a normal reservation but just had to put down a deposit for the semi-private room which was only space available. Despite the contract saying the host would be presented with the bill, one of my guests was able to pay for our event. They also charge you a 5% banquet fee but you get nothing for it, and no special treatment. We paid 5% to fill a private room they otherwise wouldn't have filled.
