  The food is always top notch and is only second to the service. Dennis is a true professional in the service industry and makes every guest feel like they are the most important person in the place!

  We went to The Palm on Sunday for Mother’s Day dinner. I had made reservations for 6:30pm. My fiancé and I go to check in at around 6:15 and like normal our table wasn’t ready so we went and sat at the bar with my parents while we waited for my siblings. At 6:30 we went back to the host stand to check on our reservation, they went to look and came back and told us that the people at our table were still eating their dessert, and it would only be a couple more minutes. Well a couple more minutes was more like 30 more minutes. So we waited, got seated at 7:00pm. Our server was nice enough, not very engaging and didn’t really speak loud enough for us to hear her name. All that aside she was attentive, and did her best as it seemed she was pretty busy. We got our food in a timely manner but it did kind of leave us wanting more. My fiancé and mom ordered their steaks medium and when they got them and started eating we quickly found that they were so rare that they were cold in the middle, we like have pink steak but this was pretty raw, so we had to send them back. We got our dessert which was fine, nothing amazing and then we got the check. On our way out the flood had water on it, no sign stating wet floor, and my mom fell. Another server witnessed the fall, didn’t ask if my mom was okay as we all rushed over to her to help her, the server literally just looked at us with an annoyed expression. We told her the floor was wet and she just walked right past us. Didn’t get someone to clean the floor or anything. My mom is definitely hurting still two days later. For the price that we paid $1k for a dinner I definitely had higher expectations and don’t really plan on coming back anytime soon considering there are many other options that exceed expectations. We were all pretty disappointed.

  Had a really great time at The Palm. The whole vibe was nice and perfect for our evening. The service was attentive without being overbearing, which really elevated the entire evening. We ordered a variety of steaks, appetizers, and drinks—and everything was absolutely top notch. The steaks were cooked to perfection, flavorful, and high quality. The appetizers set the tone for the meal, and the drinks were expertly crafted and well-balanced. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience and a great spot for celebrations or a memorable night out. We’ll definitely be coming back.

  We celebrated our anniversary at The Palm in Tyson’s and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, and they truly made us feel special throughout the evening. The ambiance struck the perfect balance between upscale and warm, making it ideal for a meaningful celebration. Our meal was outstanding—perfectly cooked steaks, delicious sides, and everything served with great attention to detail. They even added thoughtful touches to help us celebrate, which made the night feel even more memorable. If you’re looking for a place to mark a special occasion, I highly recommend The Palm in Tyson’s. They truly know how to create a top-tier dining experience. If you're looking for a dining experience that balances top-tier quality with a welcoming laid-back vibe, I highly recommend grabbing a seat in the bar area at The Palm in Tysons Corner. There is rarely a wait in the bar area, and bar staff and overall service are simply amazing. It feels less formal and is welcoming from the moment you sit down to relax for drinks, dinner, or both. A shoutout to the bartenders who really make the visit special. Alex is both charming and professional, making sure you are totally taken care of while making you feel right at home. Then there's Dennis, who is approachable and insightful when it comes to giving recommendations. Speaking of recommendations, let’s talk about the drinks. The cocktails here are excellently crafted. You can tell they really know what they are doing behind the bar. And of course, the food is always outstanding. Every bite hits the mark perfectly. Whether you're dropping in for a casual drink or a full-on feast, they knock it out of the park!
