  Will keep it short and sweet Amazing 👏🏽 🤩 🙀 and a must visit for your Pastry and Breakfast wants Great vibe Great Atmosphere Great Customer Service Shouldnt say that this is a Hidden Gem but it is tucked away in a location connected to other restaurants and plenty of parking.

  The girls with the pony tail and heavy makeup was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes and made a comment to the staff next to her. Then rolled her eyes again when I asked for a bag. I had 2 boxes of pastry and she got my order wrong too. I even apologized because I initially thought she rolled her eyes and made a comment to the other staff member because she couldn't hear me, but that wasn't it. Definitely shouldn't be at the front, not customer service oriented at all. This is such a disappointment as I visit this establishment often.

  I’ve generally had good experiences here, but today’s visit was enough to make me reconsider coming back for food. I waited almost 15 minutes for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit while watching at least six people who arrived after me get their orders first. Annoying, but whatever. Things happen. What I absolutely could NOT overlook was watching the woman who made my sandwich handle that dirty rag they use to wipe down the counters with her bare hands, then go right back to preparing sandwiches without washing her hands. No gloves, no handwashing, nothing. Absolutely disgusting! I’m not sure why basic food safety and sanitation practices aren’t being followed, but that’s a huge problem. If you’re going to handle food with bare hands, the very least you can do is wash them after touching a dirty cleaning rag! Based on that alone, I definitely won’t be ordering prepared food here again. Maybe I’ll stick to pastries, but honestly, now I’m questioning those too. It’s unfortunate because I’ve never really had an issue here before, but once you see something like that, it’s hard to unsee it.

  I have been going to Best Buns for over 15 years. The bakery products are consistently wonderful across all the locations, and their service is amazing. They just proved it to me again today! One of the staff, well-trained in customer service and whose name unfortunately I did not catch, brought to a manager’s attention that this is the second time a mistake has been made on my online order. The manager, Zach, apologized but also gave me a very generous credit. Best Buns is opening a new location in Falls Church, and I’m very excited that now it will be even closer to home. Keep up the great customer service. It’s a rare pleasure these days.
