    A friend recommended the spot to me. She said they should’ve asked me if I wanted spicy or not they did not. I couldn’t eat it but smoothie was excellent!!

    This is one of the few remaining businesses in poorly planned shopping center. The employees are miserable and the service mediocre but the next closest TSC is down Bridge road beyond the dreaded perpetual construction

    Terrible experience I just had I’m not sure who the young lady was I didn’t catch her name because I was so startled by her. I am a door dasher and I eas picking up the order and I was carefully trying to pick up the smoothies and accidentally spilled both drinks I quickly apologized and waited patiently for the order to be remade. Then the young woman who was working there started to clean up the mess she then asked if it spilled on the floor I said I hadn’t and she started to hand me napkins because they were not accessible. She then proceeded to ask me to clean up the mess which I stated to but paused because I started to make a bigger mess so I stopped and tried to find a trash can which also couldn’t find. So I stepped out the store because I felt uncomfortable. And I felt the frustration of the employee . I went in my car for 2 mins came back into the store and the young lady then proceeded to yell at me from across the store she said “ I asked you to pick up after yourself you are a grown woman and you cannot clean up after yourself. That was extremely rude and inappropriate behavior and I do not appreciate the way how I was treated in there. I then proceeded to try to react calmly after being verbally threatened she apologized to the other Costmers in the store for losing her temper. But proceeded to bad mouth me til I left the store with my order. I called the store later after that wanting to speak with the manager but there’s no manager on duty. I am very disappointed with the Costmer service I experienced today. The young lady was a black lady with black braids with red highlights. I will speak to a manager soon. As as possible because this is unacceptable and completely unprofessional behavior. I remained cool and respectful with this level of disrespect!

    I'll give 2 stars, the smoothies are usually really good but the wraps I've gotten from the Harbor View location the last couple times have gotten worse and worse. The Hummus Veggie I got today 7/13/26 was pretty much just straight Hummus, tomato, ranch and...soggy lettuce...the saddest portion of black beans and rice I've gotten and if there was avacado, cheese or red oinions I couldn't find them. I couldn't get past the off taste...I just threw it out and drank the smoothie. 😭
