  The food is usually as expected but tge last two times I have gone to this location, I pay extra to get the supreme soft taco when I order a box and they have been regular soft tacos. Its petty but its my money and my expectations to recieve what I actually order. I stopped going Inside because its disgusting and youre always a problem when going inside, also they do not take care of the soda machine in the lobby it rarely has ice and the soda ratio is terrible and the lobby is nasty. Usually its during the summer this is a problem as its a bunch of kids working but here recently, management needs to step up and do something different.

  I just went through this evening 4/28/2026 and asked for a Beef Burrtio Supreme with no beans, as I do not eat beans. The drive through attendant read back my order, but when I got home the burrito was filled with beans, not beef. I ordered a diet Pepsi, but the drink tasted like Pepsi with Mountain Dew. The drive through attendant was extremely rude, when I corrected her for adding another item I did not ask for. Be cautious of this Toco Bell, as customer service is not a priority and paying customers are not getting what they paid for.

  3/12 @5:16 pm been standing for 11 min now on waiting for someone to take an order. They are serving only drive through, I have 2 other ppl waiting behind me. No greet, no sorry I’ll be right with you. What kind a service is this?

  Young people mostly don't have manners with serving the public. All food is not there. Tacos have little food. And if your food comes in a box you can forget that. How can you check your food when everything is wrapped and throw in a bag like groceries. We're are the BOXES Churchland area, broth stores.
