  I’ve given this Sonic multiple chances, but the service here consistently falls short of what I expect from a Sonic. A few weeks ago, I received a completely incorrect order and never received a refund for the items I didn’t receive. Today, it took over 20 minutes just to pick up a cheeseburger. This isn’t an isolated incident either—my food is frequently made incorrectly, and there always seems to be an issue with the order or the service. I understand that mistakes happen, but the frequency of the mistakes, the long wait times, and the lack of resolution when something goes wrong are becoming unacceptable. This location simply does not seem to operate to the standards I expect from a Sonic restaurant. I hope management takes these issues seriously, because this location has a lot of room for improvement.

  I placed my order online. We pulled up and pressed the bottom 3 times no one talked to us. After sitting there for 10 minutes my husband got out of the car and one of the employees got out of her car to come help him. There were only 3 people in the other stalls. 2nd bad experience there and we won’t go back.

  Honestly, never had a good experience here. Order always take forever no matter if you order online or in person I just end up waiting more than 20 min for my order with only 1 or 2 other cars in there ordering also. Mind you, I only go when my wife craves a Sonic Blast, that's the entire order...
