  I placed an order on Tuesday night 08/18/2026 and paid $33.72 for my delivery. I did not receive my boneless wings so I called them and got ignored and hung up on numerous times that night and never spoken to anyone. I called them back on 08/20/2026 after 4 times of trying to get someone to answer I finally was able to talk to someone and they was the rudest, unprofessional, inconsiderate of people of all. The employee I first spoke with said that because its been 2 days there was nothing she could do, she placed me on the phone with who I suppose is the manager who claimed she had spoken to me the day before and told me that their was nothing she could do because my order was 2 days old. Ma'am if you had spoken to me the day before and I placed my order 2 days ago that would make my order a day old and once again I called them numerous of times the night I placed my order and no one answered and continued to hang up the phone. After me addressing that she had not spoken to me she rudely hung up the phone.. I called back once again and the first lady who answered the first time I asked her did the other lady hang up on me and she goes to say "you going to get hung up on again" I did go to pizza hut on that type of time but Olivia if thats your mom's name you need to be fired she a light-skinned girl with a tattoo on her neck and has the worse customer service. I wish I knew the manager name because she needs to be fired as well. Very inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional. All I wanted was my wings or a credit on my account that I paid my money for

  Wanted to try the drive through pick up option but the lady was hanging out the window talking to the people in front of me. I thought it was order on the app drive by and pick up not order at the window & stay a while! Do y'all Ill be fine.

  I have eaten here several times and most of the time the food is great. I have had a couple of times the food seemed undercooked. Their lunch salad bar is great.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Manger was horrible . I placed my order ( pizza and wings) at 5:12pm , pulled up to wait the 15mins, went thru drive thru to pick up but was only given the pizza , i told the young man at the window he was missing the wings, he apologized & said it’d take 15 mins i said okay, & i changed the flavor . I handed him the pizza and explained i wanted it to be fresh w the wings so if they could remake it he said okay. 15 mins later he came out w the fresh wings but the same pizza ( it was room temp, cheese no longer hot and pully) i told him it wasn’t remade , he said he thought it was i told him the box was still opened the same way i opened it, he said oh , and took it back and got the manager. She came to the window and immediately said she wasn’t remaking it . i told her it was at their inconvenience that i had to wait - so how come . she said i gave both the wings and pizza back although i never received the wings to begin with so that’s impossible. i told her run the cameras or even go get the cashier whom i spoke w , she refused and said she’s the manager so she’s not remaking it and tried to argue about it . Then i told her if it was at their inconvenience i don’t understand what’s the issue . I was given a refund at 5:53. From 5:12pm - 5:53pm i sat and waited for my food and didn’t receive it due to the manager’s negligence. Horrible service & horrible experience overall.
