  Genuinely the worst McDonald’s. They are always terrible but they hit a new low today. I ordered my son a happy meal and noticed his apples were expired . They expired on the second today is the fifth, when I brought it to attention of a worker she said she knew and they were all expired . So they were KNOWINGLY serving CHILDREN expired food . I get being low staff, I can even get their ridiculous wait times but serving CHILDREN expired food is a health hazard .

  Brunette/blue haired employee was incredibly rude. Ignored a man at the counter trying to get sauce forever. Gave us half of our order and the other half was just sitting behind the counter until we asked for it. *All* of the fries in our order smelled strongly of perfume, like the containers had been sprayed with something. They were cold, nuggets were cold. After waiting for 20 minutes, this was an incredibly disappointing experience.

  I ordered two burgers and two fries, pulled up to the drive through and they tell me to pull up in a parking spot. I get my food and get home and the fries were cold and the burger tasted like a hockey puck. Why the hell did I have to pull in a parking spot to get cold ass shit. McDonald’s on Godwin, you have to do better, you’re definitely no chic filet And it’s probably the last time I’ll eat there.

  I’ve experienced some bad service at McDonalds franchises over the years, but this by far the WORST. Customer service is beyond poor. The light skin manager might as well be one of the teenage employees. UNPROFESSIONAL and negative attitude. Will not be returning! It’s really sad how restaurant workers are today.

  First of all, I never write reviews but I felt this necessary. This experience was just awful. The kiosk printed out blank receipts. As far as cleanliness, I have never been so grossed out. Not one clean table. Someone’s used face mask on the floor by the front counter. No napkins. My son attempted to get someone’s attention to ask for napkins but was ignored. A fly flew onto our table and died… right in front of me. Flies on the windows and floor. Employees walking around on cell phones not even concerned about the condition of the dining room. Definitely concerned about the kitchen area if the customer dining area was that bad. Not that anyone who works there cares, but won’t be coming back 🤢
