  Food was messy and cold. I didn’t get all of my food. The kids working here are rude and have no communication skills. Had a girl yelling out the window at a guy because they closed the inside during lunch hours. Something needs to change. This is literally the worst but somehow newest McDonald.

  Good in a pinch but not what they use to be. Food was hot but missing something again. As much as food cost anymore, it would be great if all your food was in the bag and there was no need to make a 2nd trip. Hard to check your bag when items are jammed into a too small bag.

  As I come on here to give a review, I noticed alllllllll the 1-2 star reviews which gives this McDonald's a 1.9 overall review. Which is pretty sad. I saw that one of the owners replied to one of the reviews requesting more detailed information. But allllll the detailed information is on the allllll 1-2 star reviews going back for months. And as of today it seems "the owners" aren't FIXING the problems. I went there tonight to get the 2 cheeseburger meal with extra toppings and you can see on my receipt it says special request. I waited in drive thru with 2 cars infront of me for 17 minutes. And when I finally got to the window to pay, then pick my order up, its the same person while I see another employee just giggling in the background. So this is the hold up? She is taking orders and filling them? So I get my order and I check it well my cheeseburgers buns are hard around the edges and there's no extra toppings, and they put the larger onions on there. I got this after waiting now 25 minutes. So I go inside and told the exact same lady who took my order the issue and she gives me 2 "new cheeseburgers". Well-liked they didn't have the extra toppings and they weren't even somewhat hot. Apple cold as well. I tossed the food because apparently its too difficult to get a cheeseburger meal right. I swear I looked at Chic Fila and I wish they were open. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO HAVE TRAINING. INVEST IN A THROUGH TRAINING PLAN LIKE YOU INVEST IN YOUR PORTFOLIO.

  This McDonalds isn't managed poorly. It's just not managed AT ALL. I went to the counter to order some fries but ended up waiting 10-15 minutes while 5-6 staffmembers inside the kitchen were lounging around and chatting before anyone even acknowledged my existence. When I did put my order in, they treated me as if I was ruining their house party. McDonalds HQ seriously needs to evaluate this location and start over from scratch with staffing this location.

  Just got done waiting here for 45 minutes. They didn't even come to the register to let me pay for the food until about 25 minutes in. This is after they've gotten my order wrong in the past many times, and made me wait to pay many times already. When I first started coming here after they opened, they had a hair in my milkshake! They replaced it of course. I didn't report it then because I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt! Little did I know that was going to be the first of many horrible experiences here! For a brand new restaurant, this place is horrible!
