  If I could write a zero star review I would, the service here sucks! The workers have such bad attitudes. I’ve been yelled at by the workers, seen a worker slam a persons bag of food onto the pickup area after he waited 45 mins for his order (which the dude’s order was wrong btw). They are disorganized, disrespectful, rude and cleaning wise? They are nasty. If you want good food, quality service and you don’t want to wait 7 hours for some food, go to the CFA Nextdoor. They are much much better:))

  I've been coming to this location since it open, and I've never felt the need to give a negative review until today. The staff they had prior to the team they have today was amazing. This morning, unfortunately, I was met with terrible customer service. Whenever you order a food item with a water, the water is free. That has never changed. But, apparently this morning it did. When I confirmed with the manager at the window that I was not being charged for the sweet tea on the ticket, I received my card back with the charge on it. When I brought it up to the woman on the speaker, she was rude and not understanding. I have had reservations about this new team ever since they came in. They’re terrible. Please avoid this location so it can be closed. 🙏🏾

  A friend ordered us door dash from here.The happy meal was stolen. The food we did get was ice cold and disgusting. Door dash would not refund. Do NOT get food from here by delivery!!! No more door dash, we immediately called they refused to refund. PPL stealing kids food-stay classy suffolk. 👎

  Just sat in the drive-thru at the order menu for 25 minutes with several other vehicles waiting behind me. I could hear activity through the speaker, but every time I said hello, no one would answer. I finally drove to the payment window, and the girl looked at me and said, “We are not serving any food right now.” Are you kidding me? Why would you let a line of customers sit there waiting for almost 30 minutes without telling anyone you aren’t serving food? Put up a sign. Get on the speaker. Send someone out to let people know. Do something. You would think basic customer service would be to let people know before they waste 25–30 minutes sitting in a drive-thru line. Apparently, doing the bare minimum for customers is too much to ask.

  I'm putting this review in because yet again I have left the drive-thru with part of my order missing. The first time it happened I though it was a simple mistake, now we are on try four weeks apart. It's like this McDonalds can never get the order right, so right now I don't intend to return after paying for food that I repeatedly don't get without having to take inventory and go in to fix it.
