  These guys literally forgot I was in line, and I waited 40 minutes for something that was ready way sooner. The bag was completely soggy too.

  Service is extremely slow at this location. Obviously, McDonald’s isn’t the best choice for a meal but in a pinch, it will satisfy a craving. If you’re in a pinch though, this is not the place to go. Staff is careless, service is mediocre, and for McDonald’s, food quality is poor.

  The team exhibited unprofessional behavior during the order process. I simply ordered fries for my son, and it took 30 minutes to receive them. The cashier’s tone and appearance were disrespectful, suggesting a lack of interest in her duties. I recommend providing coaching and training to the staff in alignment with McDonald’s policies and procedures. A retraining session is essential before reopening. Horrible Service

  They gave myself and my daughter the wrong food we sat in line for 40 minutes I ordered two cheeseburgers a McChicken sandwich a four-piece chicken nuggets and a medium fry and my daughter ordered a large fry and McChicken sandwich a ice cream cone and two cheeseburgers and they gave her the wrong food so I told them to give us our money back and keep the food experience was awful say okay when they want to be but this day was not good

  I’m only giving one star because I physically recieved food, not that it was edible though. I visited this location on my lunch break as most do. I began my visit by waiting at the speaker for seven minutes before I heard anything, no “one moment” or “we’ll be right with you”; but that’s fine. I then waited another quarter of my lunch break to get to the window, that’s fine. Once I got to the window, the girl was very nice (which is rare), I was given drinks and asked to pull to the second window, that’s fine. What is not fine is I waited another fifteen minutes to receive my order while four cars that arrived after me fly by with their orders, and once they decided it was my turn, I was handed a bag with two medium fries upside down cascading through and around the rest of the food, a four piece nugget that was somehow missing two, a mcchicken was FALLEN OUT OF THE WRAPPER, my sauces, along with being tossed in haphazardly, were damaged (not open by them but crushed and leaking) and in turn leaked all over the bag. Thank god the most useful part of my meal was included; the napkins!! You’d think that a family owned establishment would put more thought into how they treat their entire local customer base. Their primary focus must be on how to salt the fries, which is satisfactory, but it’d help if I could consume them after waiting the entirety of my lunch break. I must also add that every ounce of food that I recieved had clearly been sitting on a warmer for longer than I had even been there. The nuggets I managed to receive were stiff and cold and the burger patty looked like it was as sad as the kitchen it came out of. Literal 0/10 experience which I hate to say because I never leave reviews, I’ve been unhappy with this location almost every time but I draw the line at not being able to eat the food and them not caring enough to either make right by me, or do it right the first time. Thank you Planter’s Station!
