  Customer service is atrocious! They don’t know how to speak to people. Also just having your food laying around and then catching an attitude because you asked them to remake it after someone else took your food and left with it shouldn’t be a problem.

  Just ordered two 6 pice happy meals and they did even give my kids the nuggets, it doesn't matter how slammed you are this is completely unacceptable.

  At 10:31am on Saturday 4-18-26. Younger blk woman working the drive through was passing my drinks to me on a drink carrier using one hand and all 4 drinks spilled into my car on my chest on my lap. I didn't even get a chance to grab the drink carrier from her. The young woman didn't apologize. Did not say sorry or anything. Then smiled in my face. I didn't say one word nothing at all. I got my food I asked for jelly and she had a whole attitude about it. Additionally while the window was open all you could smell was marijuana. Corporate McDonald's need to look at the footage on this day. My order was Steak eggs and cheese bagels combo, sausage and cheese biscuits and bacon cheese mcmuffin. I was at the windows around 10:31 am. Blue Durango.

  if you doordash from this mcdonalds and you recieve a dasher named christina cancel your order and request for a new dasher because this woman stayed in the same spot for over 30 minutes while me and my sisters waited for our delivery and didnt arrive to mcdonalds until (12:40) and we placed our order at (11:59) that makes absolutely no sense at all so make sure when you request delivery from this place to NEVER let CHRISTINA deliver your order for you.
