- ABAngela Balestino4 days ago1.0Stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts this morning to get a dozen donuts. I gave the girl a 50 and she acted like I gave her a 20 finally when the manager or whoever she was came over she said oh we don’t take 50s on the weekends and I said well you should have a sign or something on the door. She said well I’m not allowed to put signs up. What is the difference if you’re paying with a 50 or a 20 you’re paying for food. I ended up taking my $50 back and did not get donuts. I won’t be back to this place. It’s always an issue here about something. They never know what the hell they’re doing and they’re rude and the store is usually pretty Dirty. I’ll find my donut somewhere else. Thank you. You’ve lost a customer.

I mean this is every single time I go! And I go once or twice a week. I think they need new management. And today, 10/6/26, the munchkins were absolutely terrible. They tasted disgusting. The powedered ones look like Crack was on them. The employee said someone didn't do them right. I should've passed on the chocolate ones but they looked decent but tasted horrible. They even stick to the paper they were on. I should've left them. Won't make that mistake again.
- MDMontoya DavisOct 1, 20261.0I went to the location on Main Street in Suffolk, Va this morning 10/1/26, I mostly get a butter pecan chiller which always comes with whip cream and caramel drizzle, this morning my total was $1.55 difference, Michael explained that, it was for the whip cream, when I took my receipt he had added a tip for himself. I made him correct my total, allow me to give you a tip, don't just take it and act like that is my original total. I gave him cash and he returned my change, this really pissed me off, how many other people he is stealing tips from.

Seems like the need a new speaker system because when we got to the window they tried to give us the wrong order, and also asked what we got even after we paid 🤣🤣🤣
