  This is absolutely the worst location I have ever been to. Everyone is slow motion and nobody cares at all. You need to bring in an experienced leader and have the turn things around. There’s not enough words to describe how terrible this location is. Please fix this.

  Es la segunda vez que vengo y el servicio es súper lento. No les importan los clientes. Me volví a ir sin pedir nada. Que lamentable ya que es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos.

  To sum up my experience, I ordered pick up and waited 45 minutes when I got there for my order to be ready. Now I will give them some grace as there are young ladies there who are trying to train multiple new staff member and fulfill orders at the same time. I'll give them credit for keeping their composure and trying to help the long line of people waiting for both pickup and in restaurant orders. I didnt get their names but two of the evening shift young ladies had just came in and did their best to help everyone out. One was a shorter petite young black woman and the other was the woman who was training and serving at the same time, she looked like she might have been Hispanic and was also on the shorter side (would have asked their names but they were extremely busy). I appreciate how hard they both worked and helped. As a whole this location will have to work on juggling the pick up orders and in restaurant orders a bit better.

  Placed a mobile order at 9:00 pm; pick up time said 9:10pm. When I got there, it was busy however I was completely ignored. Had to get someone’s attention just to let them know I was here and waiting. Saw entire families get their food made and processed faster than all of their mobile orders. I can tell they prioritize door dash because a mobile order who came in 15 minutes after me got their food within 2 minutes. When I check back in at 9:25pm after no check up or update; they scrambled and had it ready all along. I could’ve walked in and ordered and it took less than 30 minutes. Do not order mobile. Also fajita vegetables taste sour and has a bunch of nasty grill ashes all over them. Disgusting and honestly worst representation of chipotle I’ve ever seen. Make sense why people talk down on their business now. This will probably be the last time I’ll eat here, never had this experience with their competition.

  Ran into this location around 4:30 in the afternoon and it was absoulutely trashed. There was hardly any food ready to be served and the counter was filthy with food. The staff was apathetic and it was obvious no one cared. An employee came up to the line, scooped some food into a small bowl and went back to what he was doing, eating out of it while chopping up something. No WAY I'll go back and throw away my hard earned money.
