  Stop by 2 get breakfast at the new place on Godwin And literally stayed in a lineup over one3 minutes the other one that's on Main Street in Suffolk is more faster for service than this one is

  The worst drive through I have ever been to at a Chick fil A. They are the slowest ever. District/Regional Managers need to get it together and have them trained properly or maybe they have SAD!

  Don’t get me wrong, I love Chick-fil-A and in general I love most Chick-fil-A locations, but this has got to be the worst location I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. The drive-thru is very inefficient, who thinks to do a two lane drive thru and dedicate one to mobile orders? I had to sit for 20 minutes one time when all I had ordered was a fry and a lemonade. Aside from the drive-thru the people at this location are much less friendly and seem like they weren’t trained very well unlike the people ones at other locations. It’s very disappointing when a Chick-fil-A is added to a popular area and then it just completely sucks.

  We went to the chick-fil-A at Planters Station at 3169 Godwin Blvd in Suffolk virginia on May 1, 2026 at about 3pm. The dining room was packed. However, the majority of the tables were occupied by kids playing video games on their phones. Most were not eating, those that were were eating food brought from outside. There were also a number of adults eating food brought from other places. When we arrived there was a police car in the lot doing nothing. This reflects poorly on Chick -fil- A. Loitering and outside food should not be allowed. As a former MbDonalds manager, I would never have permitted outside food to come into the restaurant nor would I have permitted groups to loiter in my restaurant.

  I seem to bypass the fact that instead of nuggets you get crumbs most of the time but what I couldn’t bypass was the fact that they had a young lady standing outside in the cold collecting money while it’s dark and raining and too see the manger indoors bagging food with a jacket on broke my heart I asked another employee if they had provided jackets she thought I was talking about myself I told her no I’m talking about for the young lady right there that’s freezing she said oh I think she can purchase one looked at her and she said ask a manager about it and walked off…If I was a manager as a mother I wouldn’t have given her the jacket I was wearing or been the one outside these folks have all these children working without any compaction but I’m willing to bet they wouldn’t dare have their own kids out in the dark on the cold working on the rain without a jacket
