By far the worst location. They don’t honor the same coupons they give in the bag and the large cheesesteaks are just the regular amount of meat with the bigger bun. And they “ no hablo”.

I love charleys but tonight made me look at them different. I ask for no cheese, and i seen the guy scraping the melted cheese off my sandwich. And turnt his back like I wasn't paying attention while doing it. I know it is a habit for them to add cheese. But you do not know if im allergic to cheese or not. Then I watched them cover it with mayo. Please next time make sure you read the monitor carefully ..
!! PLEASE READ !!
I received shards of METAL in my chicken teriyaki sub! I felt something hard and sharp and immediately spit it out, picking through the chewed remains of the chicken to reveal SEVERAL shards of metal!
I took it up to the register, where the young woman also looking at the remains in my hand. Though it was gross, it was necessary! I was halfway through my food, so god knows how much metal I had swallowed that was cushioned by the bread!
The MOD (manager on duty) played dumb and refused to acknowledge the fact that she was at fault. She had been in the back, chopping chicken with the blade (Not sure if its a machine or manual? If you’ve been inside, you can see it from the register.)
Cops were involved and took a statement, was given the owners number. Called him several times only for my calls to be ignored.
I never received a call back or the follow up. Please, for your own safety, do not eat here.

Friendly staff and plenty of options to choose from
I hate to write reviews like this, but I want to tell customers how Charley's fooled everyone to hide the true prices of their meals; they are ripping everyone's pocket!
These are meals I ordered at the restaurant today. A combo meal - 1 regular soft drink, 1 large chicken Philly Sub, 1 original fries. On the board, it is $11.99. The charge came out as $11.99 + $2.49 for a drink = $14.40. They added $4.28 - they say the price of a combo. When I asked the lady, she said, oh, the total price is $16 + tax. That is very dishonest and deceptive. Another meal was a small stake and fries for $8.49 on the board. They said the combo price is $5.48. That means, the price of the meal was $13.97+tax.
After talking to them, it occurred to me that if they put $17.00 for a meal or $13.97 for a meal, no one would pay for such outrageous charge. So, they display the cost of a sub or chicken wings and add the cost of a combo to it at check out. You end up paying more than even a big meal in a big restaurant. This trick shows how Fastfood are playing with prices and deceiving customers. I encourage you people to ask them about their prices because what you see on the board is not what you are paying+ tax. They are extremely dishonest. If they display the real prices of their meals, no one would be eating there!
