When I picked up my order it was closed with 3 stickers so I assumed they had double-checked and made sure everything was in the bag. My mistake for being too trusting of the employees. When I got home I noticed there was not a single honey packet but instead two jellies. I brushed it off.. That Cajun biscuit I mentioned earlier? Not a single spec of Cajun seasoning on it. That was my final straw. The only thing that was correct for my order was the regular mac and cheese, but they didn't bother to include a utensil in the bag so I could eat it... I've been to this location a total of 4 times now this year and almost every time I've regretted wasting my time here. Some major improvements need to be made ASAP. Customer satisfaction should be a priority.
