So disappointed paying for food that isn't worth eating!! Get on the ball! This is a all time thing!

Instead of addressing customers directly and respectfully, she walked by and made a rude comment saying, “she ain’t even got her card ready,” rather than speaking to me professionally. It felt unnecessary and disrespectful. If there was an issue, it should have been communicated clearly and directly, not whispered behind a window. Customers deserve basic courtesy, especially from management. This kind of behavior makes the environment uncomfortable and reflects poorly on the business.
