  Terrible service look like a bunch of little teenage kids high on something moving around the back people are literally coming in telling them how to do they job get a new staff asap literally everybody standing around in huddles looking at the front them turning around to do nothing. Same thing with the manager having to be told how to do her job claiming that she don’t know better than the customer and she’s the manager at the store makes no sense. This crew needs to be retrain or restocked for this shift, except for the young man. Who was running the register the girl with the blonde brown hair need to be in the back making something definitely don’t need to be in the front and there’s no assistance to the front end. Go check the cameras call audible get in the playbook. And running a different play cause this ain’t it

  I placed my mobile order at 8:53 a little earlier so they’d have time to make it while i was on the way. I waited at the speaker for around 15-20 minutes while they took care of everyone else. Once i finally spoke to someone i told them what i had and proceeded to wait at the window for 10 minutes until a woman told me to pull up because im waiting on fries another 10 minutes goes by and literally nothing so i pull around again and they didnt even make the order and asked me what it was. i waited another 6 ish minutes they handed me JUST fries and said have a good night. i said excuse me multiple times before the man opened rhe window i told him i didnt get everything and he said one moment and i finally got the food i waited literally an hour for. absolutely ridiculous

  Sunday morning, May 3,2026 around the 11:40-m hour… Appalled to see a lady in management walk over to the cooked chicken on the front line. Put a wing in a cup. Go stand at the drive thru window and eat the wing. Then lick all 10 of her fingers. While handling customers orders thru drive thru. Then had the nerve to go get a biscuit for herself, cut it open, drizzle it with honey and prepare to eat it at the drive through window while handling customers orders. We brought it to the attention of another manager who was serving on duty along with the female manager. He was not surprised and said it’s not the first time someone has complained. He said she does it all of the time. He made her aware that she was seen. She then washed her hands apologized out of guilt. Meanwhile the drive thru line was backed up and the inside line was backed up. Food not fully stocked or coming out in a timely manner. Dining room filthy. Tea not restocked. Counter top at the front line in the customers side peeling and pulling up. All while she ate while working the drive thru window and licking all 10 fingers. This store needs a complete overhaul of staff and is past doe for remodeling.

  Owner needs to fire every employee and start over. Employees put all the food away 2 plus hours before closing. Terrible attitudes, just stare at you when you are trying to place an order. Saw another customer wait 40 minutes to get some of their order, told him they were out of several things he paid for. Worst bojangles in the state, only suffolk va is worse, but both are neck and neck

  I wanted to share some feedback from a recent visit. While my order was being prepared, a staff member (who appeared to be a supervisor or team lead) was engaged in an extended personal conversation with another employee. It gave the impression that attention was not fully on food preparation or customer service. Additionally, when the staff member corrected the other employee, it was done in front of customers in a way that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. I’m sharing this because I value the overall experience your business provides, and I hope this feedback helps maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
