  Ordered a crispy chicken wrap while on a trip, came not even wrapped, it was folded. On top of that the cheese wasn't melted (or even warm) and only one piece of chicken. No tomatoes or bacon as other Arby's have given on ordering the same thing. The cashier (didn't get a name) barely knew what we were saying and had the manager come and help her multiple times. I had said "wrap" at least five times and she still asked if it was a sandwhich. I understand that maybe she was new, but clearly didn't listen well. We had also ordered a turkey bacon sandwhich that only had a dot of ranch and very little bacon (like one piece) When we tried to use the restroom, we were told there was a code and the lady was hesitant to give it. Very disappointing overall.

  There was nobody in line but they still managed to get my order wrong I know people makes mistakes but if you're only getting a handful of customers maybe you should pay attention and get the customers orders correct. To make matters worst I called to speak to the manager on duty about this issue and the young lady answered the phone not knowing what location she was working at another employee in the back had to tell her yes this is the Hampton Roads Parkway location 🤦‍♀️

  Ordered a Crispy Fish Sandwich at the drive thru. Was told by the rude Manager? This Arby's no longer has Fish!! They did 2 days ago! Arrogant staff at this store! Either get some Customer service training or close this poor excuse for a food service joint!!

  This Arby's is pretty good. The food was fresh and hot. Good service. Clean. Definitely recommend.
