I tried the chicken tikka, the beef shank, biryani, and mango lassi - everything was delicious!! So good and the service was excellent. I will be back!
Great food and great people. Come back again and again.
The place needs a proper scrub-down. Super filthy and sticky tables. Dirty floors. Plus over-priced, average food. Time for Toosso to shut down for good..owner seems to have lost interest in running a proper establishment.

I’m a regular customer and have eaten here many times, which is why today’s experience was so disappointing.
I ordered the nihari (around $23), and it was far spicier than usual—so spicy that I couldn’t eat it. I politely explained the situation to both the cashier and the lady in the kitchen and simply asked if I could exchange it for something else. They refused and told me there was nothing they could do—no exchange, no refund, even though I was a loyal customer.
What disappointed me most wasn’t the spicy food; it was the complete lack of customer service. Mistakes or inconsistencies can happen, but good businesses take care of their customers, especially regular ones. Instead, I felt like once they had my money, they weren’t interested in finding a reasonable solution.
I hope the management reconsiders how they handle situations like this. A small gesture to help a loyal customer goes a long way.
I inquired about catering today and was honestly appalled by the pricing structure. Charging $5.45 for a single beef bun kabob is already difficult to justify, but pricing an aloo (potato) kabob at the exact same price makes even less sense. Are the cows producing potatoes now? There is a significant difference in ingredient costs, yet your pricing doesn’t reflect that at all.
Catering pricing should be structured differently than individual menu pricing. Ordering in bulk should provide customers with some value, not cost the same as purchasing items one at a time. As it stands, the pricing model feels unreasonable and discourages larger catering orders.
I hope management reevaluates this approach because the current pricing doesn’t make business sense and is likely driving potential catering customers away. I definitely will not going back
