  Picked up and it was ready 20 min ahead of the estimated time! Great food, exactly as ordered including special diet requests. Good size servings and spouse loved the vegan Bún bò Huế

  ⭐️ 1 star. Absolutely ridiculous service. The server forced us to sit at a specific table and then kept asking, “Are you ready to order?” literally right after we sat down. We had barely even looked at the menu. We ordered pho and arrived before the table next to us, yet they got their food WAY before we did. Make that make sense. And the best part? We had only been eating for about 10 minutes when the staff started sweeping the floor around us while we were still eating. If you’re trying to rush customers out, just say so. Rushed, rude, and completely unwelcoming. Came for pho, got attitude instead. Never coming back.

  Overall great food and was happy with my order. I was missing the egg rolls from both the combo meals, but will not deduct any points as it was my first time ordering it and things can happen. Very satisfied with the food. Everything else was accounted for.

  Teabreak is a cute spot and could be a convenient bite especially if you're a student at NVCC across the street. The quality of the food was good. Rich pho broth, good meat selection, and balanced handcrafted boba tea. Plus they have good deals on their combos (I got combo number 2 which comes with regular sized pho, any milk tea, and a spring roll or egg roll for just around $23) Where Teabreak falls short is the service and the space in general. The space itself is VERY crampt, with about 8 tables, so it feels claustrophobic. The service when I went was also disappointing. Our waiter was very curt and seemed annoyed to take our order. As if that wasn't bad enough, we waited for almost 45 minutes for our food, only to find out our waiter never sent the orders to the kitchen. I don't think the staff would've even noticed if I hadn't ask the manager myself. We also felt very rushed because of how little space there was. Staff kept looking at us and trying to clear our spot before we were finished. I know it was probably because they wanted to seat the waiting customers as soon as possible, but we were only there long because they didn't bring our food out until almost an hour into us being there. Even when they started bringing out food to our table, they first brought us the wrong order, and even through it was sitting on our table for alost 5 minutes, when the waiter finally came back and we told him that we hadn't ordered what they brought us, he proceeded to try and take it to the right table right off of our table. I just feel like that's not sanitary. Obviously, we didn't touch the dish since we didn't order it, but he couldn't have known that for sure. Overall, I still enjoyed the food. It was just everything else about the whole experience that was unsavory. Maybe it was an anomaly, but first impressions are the ones that last in my opinion. For that reason I wouldn't recommend this spot. There are PLEANTY of delicious pho spots in NOVA that have great food AND professional service. No need to waste time and money on a place that doesn't have the customer in mind.

  Used to be one of our favorite places to go to. Unfortunately after dinner last night, we will not be returning. The person with the apron taking our orders sighed and looked bored when we asked questions about the menu, as if inconvenienced by our presence. We had to repeat our orders multiple times (food still came out wrong, by the way). We had to ask for water multiple times and cutlery as well; we eventually gave up and just helped ourselves to the condiments and cutlery. When we finally got the waters, it was shoved onto our table in a corner and was left there. The same for the plates of veggies for the pho. While most of my food was good, I DID NOT want jalapenos in my food and gave up asking them to alter it since the customer service sucked. I dealt with my spicy sandwich, which I had to go back to ask for it to be cut completely in half.... I was told it was already cut but had to insist for assistance... due to the lack of cutlery. We also had to remind them of our appetizer order three times, and finally came halfway through the meal. While the busboy was very cheerful in his delivery of the food and was kind and polite, the rest of the staff was not helpful at all. Most disappointing of all was they imposed an automatic tip since we were a party of 5.
