  I was doing self check out and a lady up there asked me if I will do donation or not and I refused.. and as soon as I checked out and was getting my things into the cart she came and checked again everything stating that I might be stealing things.. such rude customer service.. she did get another receipt to confirm if I paid for everything or not..

  I had a TREMENDOUS experience at this Giant this morning with Azizzi (sp)! She went out of her way to help me with a question on an item, and she walked with me all the way to the back of the store to check a price! She was super personable, and didn’t seem to be in a hurry to get rid of me, which happens sometimes these days! All in all, I would give her an 11 out of 10!

  I love this store, but I am disgusted that they required their employees to work on 1/25/2026 in the middle of a snow storm! Corporate needs to value their employees and their safety. Do better Giant!
