  I usually have a good experience with the customer service at this Giant, so I was disappointed by my interaction this time. I found a shrimp item online for the Towncenter location listed at around $17, but the price tag in the store was around $19. When I brought it up, Aziza, who seemed to be a manager or customer service representative, insisted that it was not the same item. However, the packaging and everything else matched the picture online. I understand that pricing discrepancies can happen, but I felt the interaction became unnecessarily back-and-forth and harsh. In my experience, a more hospitable approach would have been to simply honor the online price or find a reasonable solution for the customer. That said, Dennis was absolutely amazing! I usually use self-checkout, but Dennis looked so welcoming as he waited for someone to come to his register. He told me about the new sale printout machine and was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful. His genuine warmth really stood out and made a positive impression. The world needs more people like Dennis! He is a great example of what excellent customer service should feel like.

  Ein sehr großer Supermarkt mit einer großen Auswahl an verschiedenen Produktgruppen. Das kassieren ging ebenfalls sehr zügig.

  I was doing self check out and a lady up there asked me if I will do donation or not and I refused.. and as soon as I checked out and was getting my things into the cart she came and checked again everything stating that I might be stealing things.. such rude customer service.. she did get another receipt to confirm if I paid for everything or not..
