- SCshanelly canoAug 24, 20261.0i’m not one to ever leave reviews, but wow. what a deeply disappointing experience to witness at this establishment. i was genuinely disturbed by the way management treated its employees at this location. i have rarely seen such blatant disrespect and lack of professionalism from individuals in leadership positions. on August 24, 2026, I witnessed a VENEZUELAN manager/shift leader ( his name is ALEJANDRO MARTINEZ ) repeatedly speaking disrespectfully to employees, sending an innocent employee home, and creating an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. what upset me most was watching a hardworking Hispanic mother simply trying to do her job while being spoken to as though she were beneath the person managing her. the way she was addressed was degrading and completely unnecessary. Eventually, she was sent home, and I watched her leave visibly upset and crying out of frustration and confusion. i couldn’t help but think what if someone were to treat my mother like that? this poor employee felt so unsafe that she was questioning wether or not she needed to call the cops?!!! as a customer and an outside observer, it was heartbreaking and infuriating to witness. Regardless of someone’s position, age, background, or job title… HAVING THE ROLE AS SHIFT LEAD does not give you the right to humiliate ANYONE. we constantly ask why fast-food establishments struggle to retain employees. perhaps we should start paying attention to how those employees are being treated. i sincerely hope upper management takes situations like this seriously, because what I witnessed was completely unacceptable.

However, while all the food we ordered was great, the hot dog I received fell apart when I unwrapped it, but it was just a minor inconvenience. The food tasted as good as any other Five Guys.
