    Last night I placed a delivery order, and one of the items I ordered was the Chicken Caesar Salad, which I have ordered many times before. This time, however, the salad arrived without the Caesar dressing. I called the restaurant at 10:47 PM, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude from the beginning. When I explained that my salad had arrived without the dressing, his response was, “What do you want me to do?” I politely asked if they could send me the dressing, and I was told it would arrive within 10 minutes. At 11:20 PM, after waiting for over 30 minutes, I called again to ask what had happened. I was told that it was already on the way. Then, at 11:37 PM, I called once more, and the same employee answered. He spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner and insisted that the Caesar salad does not come with dressing and that if I wanted dressing, I had to purchase it separately. I tried to explain that I had not received any dressing at all and asked how anyone is supposed to eat a Caesar salad without Caesar dressing. He repeatedly told me that he had worked there for two years and that the dressing was always charged separately. I know this is not true because I have ordered this exact salad many times before. I politely asked if I could speak to someone else because perhaps there was a misunderstanding, but instead, this employee began raising his voice and shouting at me. I could not understand why he was treating me this way. When I again asked to speak with another employee or manager, he refused and hung up on me. I called back, and this is when Nick answered the phone. I want to recognize Nick because he was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He asked me to give him two minutes to resolve the issue. While he had the phone away from him, I could hear the other employee yelling at Nick in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner. As a customer, I was shocked to hear someone being treated that way at work. Nick should not have to endure that kind of treatment every day. He returned to the phone, sincerely apologized, and by this point it was already 11:50 PM. Everyone in my house had already finished their pizzas, and I no longer wanted anything. However, Nick insisted on personally bringing the dressing to my house. When he arrived, he apologized again. He was polite, respectful, and professional. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about the customer experience. Someone like Nick does not deserve to work in an environment where employees are screamed at by coworkers or supervisors who clearly hate their jobs. This review is not only because of how poorly I was treated, the worst customer service I have ever experienced from this restaurant, but also because nobody deserves to be treated the way Nick was treated that night. He deserves recognition for his professionalism, and management should address the unacceptable behavior of the employee who answered the phone.

    This place is terrific!! We're New Yorkers who find the pizza's great, particularly the meatZZa with extra sauce (for no extra chg), the staff is super-friendly & speedy, there are always coupons & discounts, you can order other dishes & bites, including desserts, & the website's real easy to use. Thanks guys, you're the only place we'll come to for pizza anymore!!

    I use to order their chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and it got more expensive and now the sandwich itself is tiny. I called and asked if that was their standard sandwich size now and the guy said that yes dominos had changed their bread size. I dont argue its whatever but i just know thats the last time i order from dominos. I already wasnt a huge fan of their pizzas

    Its wild to have a 4.99 delivery fee. AND get guilt tripped by drivers for "only" 15% tip and still have your food left on the ground outside....
