- EJElise JimenezAug 12, 20262.0this chipotle lets staff spit in peoples food. if i could give negative stars i would. 7/31/2026 my fiance went into this chipotle to pick up an order she placed 20 min before hand because she was on her hour lunch. she was waiting for her food a bit when she asked one of the employees about the status of her food and she responded with “give me a minute”. couple minutes pass by and at that point she’s been there 15 minutes so she asked one of the ladies that was making food about her order and the lady gives her a nasty look, and SPITS on her food and packs it up and proceeds to try to give it to my fiance with a smile saying “here you go”. obviously my fiance saw thankfully and let the managers know and they immediately took the staff member off the floor. all she got an apology and since she placed the order online she just watched as they made her a new order fresh but definitely will NEVER be returning to this chipotle ever again.

- JBJawad BushnaqAug 3, 20261.0This incident just happened, the Latina lady that is working right now Monday Aug 3rd 7:25 pm probably just left Her shift was cursing us out in Spanish to her coworkers because she messed up the burrito, voluntarily threw it away and had to do everything all over again. All we asked was to give us a fair portion, her attitude is not acceptable. It’s really not that difficult to make food for people properly. I don’t know why she thinks it’s appropriate for her to curse us out thinking we don’t speak Spanish. Seems she is pretty miserable and taking it out on customers. No wonder this place has 2 stars. Someone needs to clean house this place and start over.

The food is fine but the experience of ordering and visiting this restaurant is bad.
- EEEmilyJul 25, 20261.0I have high tolerance towards bad services but this place really got my attention, I find it lady who prepare food in the back looks like cutting and preparing meats are the worst. While I am busy placing my own bowl , I saw the people smiling at each other while my son choosing food. So I am concern what they put his food. So there is no meat on taco, so I was surprised. My son chose it, I know it was his fault but I find it for people who serve suppose to educate the kids just went smiling to each other , they could have mentioned it to me. I went back told them that I want to change food. The lady in the back was very rude about it. I just went to buy another kids meal just to be done left the place. Will not recommend this place honestly. The food was not great too. Waste of money. But cashier looks like cleaning the floor too was very kind.
