  I had such a great experience at the Chipotle in Dulles Landing! The food was fresh, everything was prepared really well, and the whole experience was honestly better than I expected. The biggest reason I wanted to leave a review, though, was because of Masoma. She was the one making my order, and she was genuinely amazing. Masoma was super friendly, patient, and welcoming throughout the entire interaction. She made my food carefully and actually took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about providing good service, and Masoma definitely does. She had a great attitude, was respectful, and made the whole experience feel really positive. It’s employees like Masoma who make a restaurant stand out. Even something as simple as ordering food can be a really good experience when you have someone who is friendly and takes pride in what they’re doing. My food was delicious, the portions were great, and everything tasted fresh. Big shoutout to Masoma for making my visit so enjoyable! Chipotle is lucky to have someone like her working there. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a good Chipotle with great service. 10/10 experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Service is absolutely amazing and beautiful. The best service I’ve ever experienced in Chipotle in my entire life. MASOMA MUDO ALIS WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 10/10 I WILL BE RETURNING.

  Just ordered two burritos to go and they were by far the worst Chipotle burritos we've ever had. First of all, they were tiny. Not even half the size of a typical burrito. I ordered mine with chicken, and there was barely any meat inside. The burrito was mainly rice, cheese and tortilla. I thought they forgot to put cheese in mine because I didn't see any in the first half, and then literally the entire bottom half was only cheese. Nothing else was mixed in, just cheese. This place has gone down hill. Definitely will not be giving them our business anymore.

  Always always always check your order before leaving the drive up window. Ordered online, got one of two bowls that I ordered and one bowl that was someone else's. I don't know how they can screw that up when the names are on the label on the bag and the order name is on the food label. And don't call customer service. They are offshore and basically do very little to fix the situation. The customer service bot is even worse.

  Very disappointing experience at Chipotle. The lady serving us at the beginning, starting with the rice, was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her attitude made the whole ordering experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse, at the billing counter, we were charged for 4 bowls even though we ordered only 3 bowls. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this at this Chipotle. This is the second time we have been charged for more items than we actually ordered. Customers should not have to constantly check the bill to make sure they aren’t being overcharged. The food was okay, but the customer service and repeated billing issues are unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously, addresses the staff’s attitude, and makes sure orders are entered and billed correctly.
