  Easily the worst Chipotle in the Ashburn area. Most Staff are extremely rude and short-tempered. For example, I picked up a mobile order with a drink included. I was in the process of telling the staff member what I wanted and before I could finish, just slams the window and messily fills my cup up with a random soda. After I politely asked for a different drink with no ice they audibly groan and throw a mini tantrum and finally get me my correct drink order. I understand people have bad days but it's unacceptable to act like this over a simple request. Management needs to carefully decide which type of people they hire to work and evidently based on the reviews i'm not the only one experiencing this. On top of that the food quality is hit or miss. The chicken and vegetables are always solid, but the steak is hard and dried out. I ordered a steak protein cup and it looked as if someone left the steak outside for hours. Unless there are some major staff changes and quality improvements, don't bother coming to this dump

  Food has always been great and the portions have been plentiful. We usually pick up earlier in the day so maybe that has some impact, as we have not experienced any of the issues mentioned in other reviews.

  I placed a mobile order through the app. Order a chicken bowl and it came either tomatoes even though I did not order it. I also got a kids quesadilla with rice and steak on the side but there was no streak at all. Food was freezing cold even though I picked it up at the exact time it claimed to be ready on it app. Will not be coming here again

  Don't waste your time going to this one.... the service is slow, the place is dirty, and the food is sub par. I went in for 2 burrito bowls and they scraped barely a spoon full of rice out of the last of the pan and tried to pass it off as enough for both bowls. They when I asked to wait for the new pan of rice he sighed and then gave me like less than 1/2 a spoon of protein. They were not nice and were just trying to move a line instead of serving the customer. The management and staff need to be retrained. I will take my business a few minutes farther to the new one in Brambleton.

  Hands down the worst Chipotle in the Sterling/Chantilly area. At first, I thought maybe I was being overly critical because I’ve been spoiled by other Chipotle locations. For years I went to the Chantilly location near Wegmans, which consistently delivers a great experience whether dining in or ordering takeout. When this Dulles location opened just five minutes from my house, I was genuinely excited. That excitement faded quickly, like within my first 2 visits. I have three major issues with this location, and I experience them almost every time I visit. 1. Constantly out of ingredients. They close at 10 PM, but if you walk in after 8 PM, there’s a good chance they’ll be out of something. Sometimes it’s a minor item like vinaigrette dressing. Other times it’s a major menu item like a limited time protein. Running out of items occasionally is understandable, but it happens here far too often and far too early. 2. Poor employee presentation and customer service. The staff often appear disengaged and uninterested. Beyond that, I’ve noticed dirty gloves, stained aprons, and employees with hair that isn’t fully contained. Basic cleanliness and professionalism matter. Everyone has bad days, and I understand that. Still, customers should expect a certain standard when ordering food. 3. Lack of cleanliness and organization. The serving line is almost always messy, and the kitchen area often appears disorganized. Cleanliness is one of the first things I notice, and this location consistently falls short. After reading other reviews, I hesitated to add another negative one, but the feedback seems too consistent to ignore. Hopefully management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements. Until then, I’ll gladly drive the extra 10 minutes to the Newbrook location. The atmosphere is better, the staff seem more engaged, and the food quality is noticeably more consistent. As it stands today, this Dulles location earns 1 out of 5 stars from me. Just not it.
