  Typically one expects uniform taste and service across all food franchises.. however Chipotle in Dulles Landing is mostly a miss. There are far better Chipotles than here unfortunately. The chicken here is sometimes really salty and at other times not cooked well. At other times, the rice is salty and even undercooked! Of the times I go there, there is always something a little off.. Would I recommend "here"? Meh..no. But if I absolutely have a craving for Chipotle, I'd go to another area if possible. If not, I'd come here and at the end regret going there but at least somewhat satisfying my craving for some Chipotle. As for the drive through.. can it possible to separate or bag the cold drinks separately from the food? When they are bagged together, the burrito gets cold and the drinks turn warm. Just a strong recommendation and my 2 cents...

  I know the people working here are doing their best but perhaps the management team could do something to improve overall rating of this chipotle. There are restaurant management potential hidden in everyone who knows their purpose! My Burrito was not wrapped properly but tasted amazing.

  Service was absolutely despicable. They were tossing my food into the bag and threw my cup into my bag as well. It took 30 minutes to get my food as my stomach was ferociously rumbling. This particular chipotle needs to fire everyone working there.

  ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING & DANGEROUS – CORPORATE WILL BE HEARING FROM ME!" I am literally shaking as I write this. I have been a loyal customer for years, but what I experienced at this location today was nothing short of a health crisis. I should have listened to the other reviews. This establishment is being run into the ground by pure incompetence. To the "Manager" on duty: you are clearly in over your head and should be demoted immediately. Better yet, replaced by someone who actually understands the concept of "service." I had a long, exhausting day, and I just wanted a simple meal. Instead, I was served RAW CHICKEN. It was charred on the outside but completely pink and cold on the inside. This isn't just a mistake; it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. As a former employee, I know the standards, and this place is a disgrace to the brand. I don't just want a refund; I want the Regional Manager in this store ASAP to explain why they are trying to poison the community. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Health Department and calling Corporate the second they open. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!

  Unwelcoming unprofessional aggressive staff Unclean dining area Salty burrito Extra sour burrito bowl Got takeout from here 1 year ago, had a horrible experience; decided to not return. Returned after more than a year hoping things would have improved but there's no change. None of the front staff or the management should be in customer service, let alone food service.
