  This is the best Chipotle location that I have been to so far in No.Va. It's clean, the staff is friendly and the give you the right amount of food.

  Dear owners of this Chipotle location. You delivered my worst experience at a Chipotle in 19 years tonight. Your team was running behind on steak and pollo - understandable as it was the dinner rush. However, instead of waiting for the back to catch up or telling me to wait a minute you continued to push people through behind me and when the manager found out you were out of these meats he dished attitude at me, the patiently waiting customer. There was a new staffer on the line tonight and all the manager cared about was speed instead of accuracy or customer service. That lead to my wife’s order being messed up and my own getting crossed with another customers. This resulted in my burrito coming out with half of what I asked for on it and being placed in the bag while I was paying. When I came to the register I asked for a discount for these issues and all you offered was a free bag of chips on a $63 order. I will avoid this location in the future and recommend your manager on duty tonight is written up and his deficiencies addressed.

  Only thing wrong with Chipotle is the cross contamination that happens regularly. I be like man that guacamole looks good dang it has cheese in it. The lettuce looks fresh oh it has corn in it.

  Muy mala atención por parte del personal son muy pésimos en especial la cajera con el brazo tatuado mi plato estaba casi vacío les pregunté porque las porciones iban demasiadas pequeñas muy enojadas me respondieron que si quería más tenía que estar pidiendo y punto muy mala experiencia deberían tomar medidas al respecto pensaba comer ahí pero viendo el ambiente mejor me lo como en mi carro

  Been here a couple times, but this is the last time coming here. I’ve had problems with one of the employees that work here but today she crossed the line, her name is Katherine; I’m pretty sure she is manager of this location. She took a picture of me without my consent which I did not feel comfortable with. Hopefully this report goes to management and take action of this. I was there on 08/14/2026 at 9:30 PM if you guys want to check the security cameras.
